He's a mallard duck color. just... simply as a duck...
i like his eyes as a tealish green. I will provide both references as him in other pet versions and also mallard duck references. My greater preference is that he more follows the soquili version. i'd like most of his body a rich brown ith blue/green/turquoise on the neck/head with the white band aroudn the neck.. and then the lighter brown near bottom of the body/legs
References: his soq version with his wings n stuffversion of him with a wing missing, so you can see his trappings;
as a tora tora; with a simple coloring scheme, you can use this as a pattern idea if you want; from oink
real mallard refs: 1, 2 3 aren't they adoreable? XD
Edits: I would just really LOVE to see some of his carousel trappings on him. which and how you use them is up to you; but you can take them from his soquili version... the article on him i like the most is his golden/white curtain/drapery bunched around him.. i also really like the bundle of leaves/stuff near the back... :3
