Well so far theres a few things I like about it, and there are some which are not so much needed. But heres my opinion on what you could use.
Take out: / Replace with:
Man-eater bug x1 / Noble-man Eater Bug (This way, 6 go down)
Nightmare penguin x1 / Testudo Erat Numan (No sp summon over 1800)
Neo Spacian Grand mole / Spell Canceller (Perfect for stopping spells)
Nightmare steel cage / Level limit Area B (Added effect for G. Bind)
Rush Recklessly / Another book of moon
Sakuretsu Armor X1 / Draining shield (Gain Lp from beefy monsters)

Superonimalco Well so far theres a few things I like about it, and there are some which are not so much needed. But heres my opinion on what you could use. Take out: / Replace with: ]Man-eater bug x1 / Noble-man Eater Bug (there are enough tributes here, don't add more) Nightmare penguin x1 / Testudo Erat Numan (adding just one would be a waste since you have a lower chance of drawing just 1 certain card) Neo Spacian Grand mole / Spell Canceller (again, no more tributes. Mole will be more useful anyway) Nightmare steel cage / Level limit Area B (I'd honestly remove the cage but level limit would limit this deck almost as much as the enemy) Rush Recklessly / Another book of moon (book is limited to 1) Sakuretsu Armor X1 / Draining shield (you should always opt to destroy the monster over just stopping it for one turn) While I can't be much help with fixing the deck i can help keep it from getting worse. I disagree with Malco's changes and i give my reasons in the quote.

Honestly, its the best stuff I can possibly think of at the moment seeing someone in the house doesnt like me having to buy stuff and then not use em. I would get more ideas if only I can pitch in more cards.

you want winning status with monarchs? go with Water Plant Synchro and side in the monarchs.

On Another Note, you could always go with regular Frog Monarchs. Just replace the plant cards and tengu's with monarchs and more swap frogs. take out sangan too, you won't need it in tat build. the extra deck will be different too. If you'd like i could throw up another list.
