This guild needs to go under high alert. Your former member, rgt Izuna Uchiha rgt, has been declared by GPD to be highly dangerous and precautions need to be taken against him. There is a warrant out for his arrest so don't try to interfere with GPD work. If he is seen, you must report his sighting to GPD immediately.

What has that kid done to get GPD declare him highly dangerous. He's too naive and idiotic to pose much threat considering he made a fourm on this guild declaring that he will kill everyone. Plus the time's i've trained with him he isnt much of a fighter on towns or rally.
