The header is really neat. Animated headers, when done well, can really add a lot.

The rest... well... sucks. There's a whole lot of images that don't go well together. There's a whole bunch of flashy stuff that is distracting (and not in a good way). Also, quite a bit of your text is just unreadable (for example, it takes a lot of effort for me to read your about section. It should never ever take the viewer effort to look at anything on your page).

Your font colors are all over the place (particularly in the about section). There's all kinds of bad stuff happening in your Friends section.

I like the way your friends list works. It's pretty neat how you had the avatars pop up on mouse-over.

Ok, the best thing you can do is pick a couple colors (2-3) that really go well together. Then you want to try to use ONLY those colors. If you have a whole rainbow, your page will look like it was made by a schitzophrenic epileptic monkey on crack. You want the page to work well as a whole, not to be individual parts put together.

Avoid using background images. It's distracting when people are trying to view text.

You've done nothing with your headers. They are just text and that's it! Headers are where you get to have fun with images and really do something nice. Try to make nice graphics for your section headers and try not to have too many images anywhere else.

It needs a lot of work, but it looks like you're doing well with the code. So that's half of it right there. I'm giving you a 3/10 for now, but that will go way way up if you can make it look more like a cohesive/single page rather than a jumble.
