Even though the Stella Di Mare family has a lot of money and power they choose to have an old school Casino as their base. It has been the base of operations for the family since Stella Trezo (the third) founded it to make extra money and have fun.

The inside of this casino is regal looking ballroom motif with a red and burgandy color scheme. In this casino dealer always wins and I mean always. Well unless he lets you to but you in a false sence of security. Also, all the staff are trained hitman that have been working for the family since Trezo. Each one is actually someway related to an old member of Starfish. The Family make 143 million a year by this casino alone.

Besides it's Regal main room, the Base has an extended underground base that you wouldn't believe it used to be an abandon subway station. Other then that, there is the stereotypical bosses office.
