New Dawn Family Mansion/Base
This spot used to be an empty plot of land but when before Alexander arrived, he bought the land and had the construction of their base done within a year.
The mansion can take on a full scale assault and still be in one piece. The majority of the base is actually a hospital. The rest of it is a place for the members of the family to relax and train. There are a few maids and butlers at hand in the mansion. The basement of the mansion consist of a series of tunnels that branch out to parking facilities all over Tokyo.
Alex has a great taste in art and music so the design of the base was drawn by himself. He collects a series of glass figures and marbles. There are also several priceless pieces of art on the wall.
The Hospital Side consists of several wings. Orthopedics, R&D, Diagnostics, Forensics, EMT, Endoscopy, Surgery, etc.

His dreams were short-lived. He was immature. How could he think such fantasies. Alexander stood in his office. He had grown a little, his sky blue scythe rested against a wall. They had mostly regrouped, after the last attack most of his remaining family had been killed. How foolish was he. A good friend was killed, some of his guardians died while protecting him. It horrified him. The fact that he had to take the rings from them, that he himself had to bury them. Find their families and tell them the news. It was terrible.
Some of the people have survived. He would meet with them later. He had appointments with several people. New Guardians. The rings had reacted to them. The new ones he forged. He needed to find Vash and Ookami. He had met them once after the events. Asking them to leave their rings with him. He forged the new ones and gave the two their rings. But . . . they both disappeared. He had to find them

She had taken it upon herself to leave Hong Kong, but it wasn't until she received a message from the New Dawn family in Japan that she had decided upon her destination. While she would have preferred being on her lonesome for some time, at her level, she was an easy target; better to learn enough skills to be able to stand up by herself first. She sincerely hope the Lui family wouldn't look for her so close to home, but with the tools at their disposal, she had no little confidence that they would eventually locate her. So, before heading to the base she was given instructions to go to, she had changed her wardrobe and cut her hair first. It probably wasn't going to do much (or anything at all), but she could at least do her best to pretend she was someone else if she were found. Ah, and here she was, on the New Dawn family grounds. She took her time to walk leisurely up to the door.
Adelle looked at the mansion with minimal expression. Having grown up in a mafia family, she was used to buildings like these, and would have expected no less. She opened the door (unlocked; it meant that more than one person was expected, probably) and stepped silently into the mansion. Adelle let out a breath. There looked to be a lot of rooms in here, and she wasn't going to lie, she wasn't the worst person at getting lost. The petite blonde braced herself before cycling randomly through the first floor. Office, office, office..where would the boss's office be? She poked gingerly at one ornate door she thought was the correct room; and her guess was rewarded. A young man was inside, presumably waiting for someone to show up.
"Oh, um. Hello there." Adelle began absent-mindedly twisting a lock of her pale hair, and her thoughts turned towards her appearance and the weather outside. Did she look suspicious? Did she sound suspicious? She peered at her outfit. A blouse, and shorts, and boots; nothing wrong with that. Although the bag slung across her back, and the needle belts crisscrossing all over her might be a little odd-looking.

Alex turned, his blue eyes centered right on Adelle. "Welcome, I'm glad you answered my call." The Sky Ring that he had newly forged gleamed in the sunlight. "Adelle. Make yourself at home. You have been called here, because you are qualified to become my Storm Guardian." He opened the drawer to his desk and pulled out a box. He opened it. There were rings, in a circle. Three of them were missing. Sun, Cloud, and Sky. He the ruby ring on the upper left gleamed. "It calls to you. Take it." He set the box in front of her.

The young man turned to face her, and her dark eyes darted up in attention. So...apparently he not only knew her name he also knew what she was supposed to look like. In any other situation, Adelle would have found that incredibly creepy, delivered several swift blows to his head, and dance merrily out the window. In reality, Adelle still found it slightly creepy, but not enough to resort to violent means. Her eyes followed him as he removed a box from his desk drawer, and as he opened it. She found herself leaning over slightly on her tiptoes, and she pushed herself back into her proper standing position. It turns out, there was no need for that. He left the box wide open before her, and she took a couple small, slow steps (it might be a trap, after all) to move close enough to examine its contents. Several rings in various colours, and varying degrees of detail, rested there. She snatched up a small, thin gold ring set with a deep red stone. Some things felt right, and that ring did. It was also shinier than the others when she looked at them, and she couldn't resist the lure of a shiny object. She slipped it on her middle finger; it was loose on the other ones. Adelle wondered if this was how the Lui family did things. "Thanks for the ring, and everything, but um....who are you?"

Alex shut the box. "I see. You are suspicious of me?" He walked towards his scythe and picked it up. "You would have every right to." He turned back to the girl. "You know as well as I do, the Mafia World is unforgiving." With a slight flourish he bowed. "My name is Alexander Livas Angelus. Boss of the New Dawn Family. Former Boss of the Angelus Family." he gripped the scythe in his right hand tightly. "We're waiting for a few more people. If you want, have a seat, make yourself at home." He let the scythe go and it fell back to it's place against the wall. "Though I already know your name. Who are you?"

'Who wouldn't be suspicious?' Adelle couldn't help but think that. Really, if you were randomly invited to a mansion in another country by someone you didn't know, wouldn't you be suspicious? She raised an eyebrow when her new boss picked up a scythe and gave her a hammy bow. Now, what would he possibly need a scythe for? And he put it back in its place the next moment. What was the point of doing all that? Adelle knew the name Angelus, but she not New Dawn. Her family had records on most families, but Adelle was generally inclined not to peruse them unless necessary. She found a well-cushioned seat and curled up in it. If he knew her name, then he must know who she was. You can't do the research halfway with someone like her. Why was he even bothering to ask? "I don't think there's anything about me that you don't already know that you need to know."

It has been a couple of months after Mike successfully 'took' care of his father and up until now he has been working job by job solving cases in the region of japan. He feels freedom beyond anything he has felt in his young life, but the day he receives an invitation for a mafia family something change inside him. His mother died trying to keep Mike out of that kind of dangerous life... however he didn't feel like ignoring him. A part of him wanted to just forget about it, but the ring on his hand makes a difference to him. He wanted to know it all, or at least, everything he within his reach. Even disobeying his mother's last will wasn't enough to forbidden him to go. At the end, it didn't matter, even if he makes a mistake by going, he could simply destroy the mafia the same way he did before.
After traveling for a few days, he finally reaches the location of the mafia family base. "Let's see how it goes...." Mike said to himself and decided to move forward until he reaches the door. Right after he opened, he blinked for a second at the sight of the mansion. He remembers his painful past in less than a second, but it only takes him 2 seconds to recover for it. He then notices the sight of two other people in the place. A girl with a distinguish aura of distrust against the boy right in front of her.... obvious to think the girl is an invited and the apparent relaxed man seems to be the one who invited him. "Did I come in a wrong time?" Mike said, feeling like if he just entered in enemy territory.

Alex turned to the newcomer. "Ah yes, Mike. You've come in at a perfect time." He gestured for him to come in. "I mean you no harm at all." Alex turned away from the two. "Adelle, I only know your name, the fact that you are from a Family yourself. But . . . I have no idea of your history, your past, only how well you fight. I don't know about your favorite foods, favorite things to drink. Nothing." Again he grabbed the scythe off the wall. He banged the butt of it on the ground and the blade retracted. "I think I'd like to be someone you can trust. But one thing. We must do. Both of you." He turned to them. "I must see how well you can fight. In an hour or so, after I've answered any of Mike's questions. I shall proceed downstairs to our training facilities." Alex's blue hair moved slightly as he leaned against his staff/scythe. "It's kind of like friendly combat. Eh. I'll be putting you close to death. See if your Flames are strong."

"Aren't you a little fast on this kind of things?" Mike said, he looked at the girl and then directly to him. "I only have one question that matter to me" Mike said after he quickly sees that the situation turns against him quickly. He was used to fight far stronger opponents but never in close range, it was always with him on the shadows and without the opponent knew about his presence. He needed to hide and quickly, distracts him and the girl so he could hide and uses his power. "I can only sense you as a powerful threat... and on top of that you're forcing us to accept fighting you, and you obviously know you can beat us. Despite that... I just want to know... what is your objective, as the boss of this family?" Mike said his question, hoping it will be enough to distract him... but still he needed to place some sort of ultimatum.
"I have to warn you... I hate being called just to get my a** kicked, so you better be careful on your answer. I know you need me for something, if I don't like the answer then I would leave.... and trust me, I know how to erase my tracks perfectly well" Mike said, trying to stall for time. Regardless of the answer he already decided to join the family, but that was the only way to make him lose his concentration, at least think on a way to get an upper-hand on the fight.

Adelle came close to saying 'pfffft' at Alexander. She hardly glanced as a new arrival stepped in through the doors. To be the boss of a family in the first place, you had to be something special. To randomly invite the members of other mafia families freely into your home and welcome them with open arms, you either did your reasearch thoroughly, had a trap waiting, or were confident in your abilities to handle them. She gave no answer to Alexander when he said he knew nothing about her. Adelle really saw little to no need to tell him about all her like and dislikes, and her misadventures as a child. They had only just met; she didn't mistrust him, but he was asking for a little too much. She watched as he played around with his scythe. That was probably indication that he was a close-range fighter, which didn't bode well for her. She finally turned her attention on the boy named Mike, when he spoke. He was saying a lot...but it sounded more like he was wasting time than trying to get information out of Alexander. "Mike, you don't have to rush into this so fast. He said later." She really wasn't looking forward to fighting the boss, but if it was inevitable, she'd rather make the longest possible time gap between now and then.

Alex sighed. "Maybe I took it too fast? I'm usually like that. What I meant by fighting you is just to gauge your strengths myself. I'll be fighting with only my staff. On a constant defensive. Not to beat you or as you put it "kick your a**." As for why I need you. Simply put. I gathered some of the potentially strongest. So you can assist me. Because as strong as I am. For this task. I cannot do it alone." Alex closed his eyes. "My first objective, is revenge." It came out flat, no fancy sugar coatings and such. "My former guardians, were killed before I can train them. They died, because I was too weak. I trained. To become stronger. Even then I don't know. If I was as strong as I had been before. If I would have been able to save them." He opened his deep blue eyes. Serious. No hint of kindness. Icy. "I've gathered you here to help me with that. I want to help you become stronger too. You'll have all my assets to use. I . . . don't really know what else I can offer."

"Revenge you said...." Mike's blood starts boiling a bit, and considering he was always cool-minded, that was saying a lot. "So that was it... I can understand perfectly how that feels like, and how it feels archiving it" Mike said, remembering vividly his fights against his father's family. He felt identifies with Alex's wishes, now he could understanding the reason of why he felt like joining him. "Hehehe... You couldn't have told me a better answer. Very good, I won't ask more. You can count me in" Mike said a little more relaxing after hearing Alex, thinking he might have found a mafia family for him... although it was better said that the mafia family found him.
Mike just couldn't explained but he was definitely sure Alex was saying the true, or at least Alex wasn't lying about the pain he suffered. He then remembered what the girl just said to him. "Sorry for the rush, but I had my reasons. We can fight whenever you want Alex, I don't think the girl had any objections about it" He said, noticing the girl was already ready to fight, regardless of the situation, the fight will begin sooner or later.
