Honestly, this place was to be an amusement park, but it was voted against having such a place here to corrupt the peacefulness of Nirvana. Therefore, a park was created instead. There is a playground located in the middle with the usual play ground equipment. Also, it's like a city park where others can walk around and have a wonderful time.
