My decks are usually around 50-60 cards, and I get bashed quite alot for having such a large size, but it works, my cards flow well, and there are only 2 combos that require specific cards. So, what do you think about larger sizes?

Decks that are larger than, say, 42 cards are usually really slow and inconsistant.

Usually, but I found a good setup that works.

I find them hard to make. I struggle getting a deck up to 40 so I have no experience with them.
But, I do know people who love them and from the games they play, I can say that they tend to make you loose the game with them unable to get the cards they need/want.
Just depends on the build and how it works though, overall.

Unless you're playing every legal, generic search/draw card in the game, doubtful. Even if you were, you could easily remove such cards and still perform at the same pace by shaving off the size itself for more consistency.

It's fact that decks completed close as possible to the minimum of 40 tend to be the most balanced and consistent. However, that still does depend on the content of the deck, i.e. highlanders.

Highlanders? I guess you mean people with high power monsters, a few with effects? That is how I tend to play, I'm very aggressive, offense is the best defense after all

Highlander, "there can only be one". One-of's, and a lot. But, "few" with effects don't really help, either.

Oh, well I could post my deck here and see what you think about it. I play with my friends mostly, and they run BlackWings and Dragon decks mostly. I usually come out on top
