Personality: Masumi is an interesting woman, she loves people. She loves to be around them, to talk to them and make new friends as well as keeping in touch with her old ones. She makes a real effort to be nice to everyone because she believes that one must become the change that they wish to see in the world and as such she treats everyone as she would want to be treated. She very rarely get angry and only becomes aggressive if she is given a serious reason to be. At which point she will stop messing around and kill without a second thought if she must do to protect the interests of her people and those she cares about.
Personal Skill: Masumi fights based on what she is able to see. Though she is blind she can feel and sense the movements of every muscle and organ in all living organisms She is able to detect and see the shifting of chakra. This gives her an excellent insight to her opponent's next move.

Background History:
This Miyojin clan was just another regular clan before being chosen to be the subject of heinous experiments in the attempt to create a Dojutsu that could surpass the Sharingan. These experiments left all but a few of the clan completely blind, although those lucky few who the experiments worked on gained great ocular abilities.
Masumi has been essentially alone for as long as she can remember, she moved from an unknown land which she can either not remember or just doesn't wish to talk about to Kiri at a young age after her clan died out in search of a better life but all she found was ridicule from the other students at the academy for her blindness. This has never and will never hold her back, on the contrary it has spurred her on to try harder and show everyone who looked down on her that they were wrong. Only one person has stuck by her the entire way, her best friend and life long companion Daiyo.
She has since risen through the ranks and proven herself a competent shinobi, defeating all challenges and pushing beyond her own boundaries. She now stands at the very top, having achieved her dream of becoming Mizukage, of course with Daiyo still at her right hand.

Masumi is an absolute neat freak and actually suffers from OCD. Everything in her office has the be just the way she likes it or she just can't concentrate and she has chased people out of her office brandishing a weapon over it before on bad days. This is something that Daiyo takes advantage of as often as possible to get on her nerves.
