Even the littlest thing can trigger my anger. I can feel it in my chest, like a fist is clutching at my insides... It takes everything I have to push it back down and not act upon it. Downside is a tend to lash out at everyone. But for some reason, even if it's a friend, I just really don't give a damn when I get like that.
Sometimes I just wish the entire world would crumble and burn right in front of me. Just completely engulfed in flames... I seem to always think about it when I get really pissed off. I know I wouldn't do anything to hurt someone, I'm not a psychopath. But sometimes I feel this whole stupid world should end. Humans have just completely ruined it; there's no coming back from what we've done. It's just that... when I get like this I just don't care about anyone, not even family or friends. Sometimes I just have too much anger and wrath bottled up, shoved so far down that I don't even know what to do with it. Just thought I should get a few thoughts concerning this out (seeing as how it's not NEARLY all of them). Now I feel a bit better, to say the least. burning_eyes

Since writing out how your felt made you feel better, would it be a good assumption that you write about what upsets you in a journal or poem or something when you do get angry?

No, I just sometimes throw things... lol Usually if I just play a violent video game or find something distracting, it goes away in a couple hours.

Ah, so you're the punch the pillow type instead. ^_^ Yea, I had a friend who did the push everything down into a bottle thing. I told him to stop doing that. I'd rather he go off about something little and now than to let it all build up and go off on me like he did one day for something little that I did that truly didn't deserve the mouthful of words that I got.

I usually feel bad if I rant about things to people... But I don't know, maybe I should?

The Ouroboros Alchemist I usually feel bad if I rant about things to people... But I don't know, maybe I should? I think you should. A little rant about something to get it off your chest is much better than storing it away for later just for it all to explode all over someone. You don't seem the type to hold a grudge since you're fine in a couple of hours, so just go ahead and get it out so it won't bother you anymore.
