Tidus smiled slightly and repeated her name. "Alex-andra." It was fun to say. "I am called Tidus." he replied staring down at her hand in front of him. He frowned questionably and held out his hand too but didn't touch hers. The sound of an owl hooting nearby made him flinch and his eyes got a little wide. "...what was that?" he whispered.

"An owl.." She said quietly =, and looked at his hand near hers. "Shake my hand?" She said, questionable. 'Who doesnt know how to shake hands?' She thought to her self.

Tidus seemed to calm down a little more. If Alex doesn't think its a threat then it most not be he thought. "Oh" He grasped her hand clumsily but shook it up and down gently. "Thanks, your nicer then I thought." His hand seemed glow warmly. He knew that wasn't normal. He never used to glow like this before on his own planet. "Are you the only one of your kind here?" he asked. It was surprising how similar Alex's speices seemed to be to his own. It was like they evolved from the same ansestors but how could that be possible?

Alex smiled, and took her hand back, "Yah there is millions and millions..." She said with no emotion in her tone. "Uh, If I may ask, like, without sounding rude or anything, but is there something wrong with you. Like... are you special in any kind of way?" She said, trying to put it in a good way. 'That didnt come out how I planed.' She thought.

Tidus seemed a little impressed. His planet didnt have nearly as many of his kind even for all the great technologies they had. Her question confused him and he was lost for words at first. A light breeze blew past his face and his shoulders tensed alittle as he shivered. "I dont know if I understand, what do you think is wrong with me?"He tried to explain himself some more "....Something happened to me and before I knew it I was falling towards your earth....but I cant remember what happened before that." He said honestly. Then a realization hit Tidus and he stared at Alex desperately. "You dont...believe me huh..." He was just assuming this but maybe it wasnt true. He felt a tightness in his chest as he suddenly realized how lonely he really was.

Alex squinted, not getting cold much. She was used to the cold. "Well anything can happen right? But. What your trying to get at, is.. Your like an alien or something?" Alex assumed, and put more pressure on her right leg making her lean over to the right a bit. "Lets talk about this in my Cabin. Ok? Follow me." Alex offered.

Tidus stared at the ground again shifting a bit uneasily. "Hmm, never thought I could be an alien before but sure I guess I am now." he shrugged clearly not used to being called an alien. He thought of Alex as an alien to but then again he was the one that fell to her planet, not vis versa. "Ok." he nodded and followed next to her. He was quiet and solemn for alittle while deep in thought. I guess this means she does believe me some.. a small smile appeared on his face before disappearing again as he tried to see into the darkness. He slowed his pace a few times as he got caught up in staring up at the tall trees all around them. He never seen so many trees before.
