The Pan-American Coalition, or PAC, is comprised of the entirety of North, Central, and South America, as well as the Carribean. As it's name suggests, the countries of the Americas joined together in a loose alliance for mutual protection and survival. Every country has a say in what happens, creating the largest bureaucracy in history. As such, the United States, who held the largest and most powerful military of the PAC, is in control of the combined forces, using 99% of them for defense, while using the 432nd Strike Wing, the 46th Mechanized Infantry Brigade(Combined Arms), 10th Special Operations Task Force (SOTF), and 3rd Special Operations Group to strike out against the Oriental Alliance, which sits just on the other side of the Bering Land Bridge, all four units based out of Ebinay Air Base, 30km (18 Miles) west of Alaska.
The PAC, due to heavy US influence, prefers flying Zoids as well as Zoids that accel at close combat. As such, their unique Zoids are:

and the Zero Schneider.
Their transport is the mighty Whale King, a Flying Transport with three roles.
