Baker's Roost is just out of the centre of town and is also just before the sea mouth, this is because it occupies the underside of a bridge, and its quite a large bridge. Large enough to have two lanes of traffic and a Train line running over it. In spite of this constant noise the Pidge have learned to cope and take comfort in having shelter. Here by the seafront near human trade, Baker also noted the power gained through language and the trade and allies you can gain and set out himself and his followers in learning & studying the power of speech and of language which turned into the teachable knowledge of the Whisperers. Bakers guild of elite language-users.
The great Bridge which the Roost call home is a great construction of metal under which a wide river runs directly to the sea. because of this the roost is visited on a daily basis by gulls and other sea-wanderers. The power of language has allowed Baker's pidge knowledge of the great lands over the waves and of the weird and wonderful creatures which dwell their.
The knowledge of these far off places made the pidge dream of the locations of these places and yearn to know more about the towns beyond their small world. and studied the stars in order to create pictures and records of the land. With this specialised power a new name was given to 'the Stargazers'.

This Flock is Headed by Baker
Baker
Baker is the leader of this new flock. Baker left Ma's Flock with a small group of his own followers after breaking on multiple occasions the 'partner for life' law. He left Ma's flock very bitter and on bad terms. Over time this small grudge has grown and much of the flock have soaked up a dislike for Ma's. (some don't even know the reason that they dislike this flock they just know that they should) Many of Bakers flock can be described as quite bohemian and creative and enjoy parties and performances. This Flocks roost is under a large bridge further out of town. Baker himself is quite a good leader if you ignore spreading an ungrounded hate for Ma's flock. He tries to know the name of every other flock member and prefers not to treated like a leader or a head of flock and just as a fellow pidge. In spite of this when it comes to punishments for law breaking he is surprisingly harsh.

Roles Exclusive to Baker's Flock
Whisperer: Whisperers are Pidge with the strange ability to talk to other birds. They have studied the language of another species and mastered it fully. Usually Pidge can only talk with one other species but some can talk to as many as three. These pidge are useful at gathering information from further afar. The ability to talk to Gulls is the most common as they are quite willing to chat and bring news from oversea. Whisperers are also prized for their use to widen trading.
Stargazer: Important for map making and guiding, stargazers can read the map of the stars. They like to stay up late at night scratching out star charts and some even spend a little spare time using them as a form of prediction.

Baker's Laws
[No Pidge will Ink their feathers in the colours Red or Orange (these are the colours which represent Big Ma's Flock)
No Pidge will communicate with any member of Big Ma's Flock
Only Adult Pidge may ink their feathers
Scavengers must document any items they find
Every Pidge must take up Scavenging during the winter seasons for a minimum of two weeks
A Pidge does not kill
A Pidge will help any other Pidge in need
