SHINIGAMI OFFICESADMIN: Aschetaph & Pistolsys (shared) LEADER: ??? NEUTRAL / CHAOTIC NEUTRAL
[ VISIT THE FRONT DESK ] BASICSThe Shinigami Offices have chain locations all around the world. In each city (no matter what size or region), there is one Office there. Their architectural appearance varies depending on which location it is (ie: England: roman/gothic architecture ; China: oriental and palatian architecture). However, all of them share the traits of complete whiteness on both the exterior and the interior. Inside, all the furnishings, floors, and walls are white. Inside, it is also soundless save for the conversation amongst the Shinigami. The Shinigami Offices are invisible edifices that only a Shinigami can see and or enter. They cannot bring in any companion unless he is also a Shinigami. It is here that the Shinigami submit logs in their inbox. The twin Shinigami duo, Ashley and Ashton Burschton, review all the Shinigami logs in the England area alone. **Our Shinigami Offices system is purely created from the imagination of the staff since the canon doesn't offer it.RELATIONSHIPS & BELIEFSThe Shinigami are unaffiliated with human affairs and are strictly ordered to do so. Though they don't generally dislike demons, the reason to dislike them recently is reasonable because it is due to the augmenting number of demons that Shinigami are required to take upon two jobs now.
HMSS || Shinigami are unaware that the HMSS exists.
CHESSBOARD SOCIETY || The Shinigami find the Chessboard society to be rather irksome and try their best in their disguises when confronted by a Chessboard. The Offices think that the Society is rather noisy and interloping--sticking their noses where they do not belong. Because the Chessboard Society is backlash to the rise in paranormal awareness, most Shinigami decide that they simply don't like the Society much because they add oil to the growing fire.
ANGLICAN CHURCH || The Shinigami have always been annoyed by the Anglican Church due to the number of Angels that used to reside there (who, in turn, despised Demons and Shinigami alike). Shinigami generally don't enjoy the company of scripture nor sermon and the Offices believe that the Church is silly for attempting to eradicate all paranormal beings when its leader has possession of a Doll.HOW TO JOINA Shinigami has always been a member of the Shinigami Offices for all he can remember. When he was younger, he was a trainee--ICly, your Shinigami is no longer a trainee and a full-bred Shinigami.

HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICEADMIN: Punani Chans LEADER: QUEEN VICTORIA GOOD / CHAOTIC GOOD / EVIL / CHAOTIC EVIL
[ VISIT THE MEETING BOARD ] BASICSThe HMSS is the Queen's underground watchdog system. Their responsibility is to maintain the welfare of England and to ensure that the darkness of it is "covered up" or "dealt with" to the best of their abilities. The methods in which HMSS members operate range from responsibly kind to heartlessly necessary. Cases that the HMSS receive from the Queen can range from shutting down underground drug rings to ending the series of a serial killer. However, recently, the missions have been more drastic. At this time, the Queen is allowing HMSS members to reveal their identities. The HMSS meeting places change constantly and rarely are they held in the palace.RELATIONSHIPS & BELIEFSThe HMSS members are fiercely loyal to the Queen. Their most recent, tenacious task is to ensure that information about paranormal beings is rendered false to the public so that the people of England can rest assured. However, the more frequent appearance of Demons lately makes their task difficult. Ironically, the Queen is interested in those who have by their side a demonic companion because she understands that they are a useful sword to the royal arsenal. Therefore, HMSS members are required to try to "recruit" all citizens they see that have a demon by their side.
SHINIGAMI OFFICES || The HMSS are aware of the existence of Shinigami and frankly do not like them much either. The Queen feels that Shinigami don't take human lives very seriously and are esoteric beings.
CHESSBOARD SOCIETY || If there is a major organization outside of the darkness in England that the Queen wants shut down, it is the Chessboard Society. The Society is doing exactly the opposite of what the HMSS aspire to do--raise awareness about Demons and Shinigami and help humans understand the truths, horrors, and fact of the paranormal world. However, because its members are so stupendous in number, the HMSS realized that it is difficult to eradicate.
ANGLICAN CHURCH || The HMSS and the Anglican Church slightly share the same goal and have collaborated for many years. The two often seek reference from each other and the Church sometimes allows the HMSS to use its chambers of worship for meeting places.HOW TO JOINTo become a member of the HMSS, a person must first obtain an invitation from the Queen. (You must receive a PM from the mule.)

CHESSBOARD SOCIETYADMIN: Pistolsys LEADER: BLACK KING (HORATIO RINGTON) NEUTRAL / CHAOTIC NEUTRAL / EVIL / CHAOTIC EVIL
[ VISIT THE C.B. PAPERS ] BASICSThe Chessboard Society is a democratic organization built by the people for the people by Horatio Rington (though nobody knows this); he goes by the pen name of "Black King". Its birth began with the Chessboard Papers that were distributed strangely one fateful night with plentiful copies (by the hand of Rook Austerity under the dark sky's cloak). The papers were filled with information about paranormal beings and possible affiliation they may share with humans. The publishers and writers of the papers remain anonymous to this day. Eventually, the papers accumulated in interest and its ghostwriter began to ask for co-writers. Unsurprisingly, the co-writers lifted their pens in compliance, submitting their stories to a mysterious address that does not seem to exist. However, strangely enough, their writings appear in the columns the next day. Eventually, the collection of writers and enthusiasts came to be dubbed "The Chessboard Society". Unknown to its readers and members, the leader of the Society uses the assistance of a Demon to distribute and collect the papers. People don't seem to mind that the address does not exist or that the collection of their letters seems to be done magically. This only proves that there may be paranormal beings on the move--it is much like the infatuation modern people had with UFOs and the extraterrestrial for a brief time. RELATIONSHIPS & BELIEFSThe Chessboard Society's members' views towards paranormal beings vary. Some are reverent of them, admiring their wit and guile. Others are afraid of the possible evils they entail. Because of these mixed feelings, some Chessboards are more radical and violent towards all paranormal things and those with knowledge of them--including the HMSS.
SHINIGAMI OFFICES || The Chessboard Society is generally admiring of Shinigami for the amount of involvement they share with the human world. They tend to study them more and empathize with their lifestyles--because Shinigami seem less of a threat to them than Demons (and sometimes even lovely conversationalists) many Chessboards revere them like celebrities. However, there is still a number of Chessboards that fear Shinigami all the same simply because they are paranormal beings.
HMSS || The Chessboard Society have a mixed relation with the Queen. While many of them empathize with her efforts to assuage the public, many feel patronized in that the government is trying to make them pretend that things aren't there and wonder what else it is the Queen has been hiding from this all this time.
ANGLICAN CHURCH || The Chessboard Society shares no qualms with the Anglican Church, for they are less demanding than the Queen and only seem to be doing what it is in their religious right..HOW TO JOINThe Chessboard Papers are released and posted in the ORP at least once per month. There is a section in the papers where one can apply to become a columnist for it, and in that sense, becomes a member of the Chessboard Society. They are, however, expected to write a review of a paranormal encounter they had.

ANGLICAN CHURCHADMIN: ALL (SHARED) LEADER: ??? (MOUTHPIECE: FATHER LAWRENCE) NEUTRAL / CHAOTIC NEUTRAL / EVIL / CHAOTIC EVIL
[ VISIT CHURCH ENTRANCE ] BASICSAnglicanism is commonly understood as a distinct Christian tradition representing a middle ground between the extremes of the claims of 16th century Roman Catholicism and Calvanism. The faith of Anglicans was founded in the Scriptures and the Gospels, the traditions of the Apostolic Church, the historical episcopate, the first seven ecumenical councils and the early Church Fathers. Anglicans understood the Old and New Testaments as "containing all things necessary for salvation" and as being the rule and ultimate standard of faith. They also understood the Apostles' Creed as the baptismal symbol and the Nicene Creed as the sufficient statement of the Christian faith and used The Book of Common Prayer, which was unique only to Angelicanism and it is a collection of services that were used for centuries.RELATIONSHIPS & BELIEFSThe Anglican Church has a strong vitriol for paranormal beings such as shinigami and demons. However they do not seem to hold this same contempt for dolls. Instead they hope to gather more dolls for their own purposes.SHINIGAMI OFFICES || The Church despises both Shinigami and demons seeing them as unholy terrors. They certainly do not enjoy the death gods’ presence any where near them.HMSS || A partner to the Church, the HMSS and Angelicans have worked together with one another several times in the past. The Church even allows the HMSS to work within the church if they needed to hold meetings. CHESSBOARD SOCIETY || The Chessboard Society is neutral to the Church and they share no interests in each other’s goals.
HOW TO JOINThe Angelican church welcomes all who are interested in their goals and beliefs however, those who want to become a member of the clergy must speak to Father Lawrence.
