It is located in the shopping district of the town as a fairly small corner shop whose glass windows display shelves full of boxes of candy that line the walls of the shop from top to bottom. BETHLEHEM ROYAL HOSPITAL

What seems like an innocent, painted red building begets its less than stellar reputation. This psychiatric hospital is sometimes known as the “Bedlam House” due to the amount of noise that seems to come out during the night. Mental illness research and experiments are usually performed on the patients themselves in hopes of finding a cure or treatment for these pitiful beings

User Image

CAMBRIDGE HOSPITAL

CARLISLE & REMMY TAVERN
LOCATION: LONDON
Booze, booze, and more booze with the occasional story telling. The rather old tavern is a hearty place where all sorts of men come to wind down from a days work. The interior consists mostly of a wooden finish with a long bar that seemingly goes from wall to wall. Away from the bar, there are several wooden tables that match the bar’s mahogany finish with various paintings and knick-knacks mounted on the walls. The bartender is a man in his early thirties who always seems to be wiping a glass if not serving some alcohol. Don’t challenge him to a drinking contest, he seems to be incapable of becoming inebriated

CAMBRIDGE
Cambridge suffices as a small town near Oxford that is only now becoming recognized for its esteemed colleges and universities, including the first women's colleges. Even so, Cambridge is also home to several museums and places of interest such as the famous confections shop by the Royce family.

LIVERPOOL
Liverpool is a major port and industrial city located in the central, western area of England where most trading takes place. It serves as a city with a huge working class as well as a melting pot of cultures. Approximately 25% of the city's population is Irish, resulting from a massive immigration during the Great Famine and many came to Liverpool on their way to America. An unfortunate consequence of such a large population of workers is immense poverty, hardship and a short life (with the average life expectancy around thirty years of age).

LONDON
London remains as the world's largest city for better or worse. With overcrowded conditions and a large population, cholera was rampant and rising traffic congestion created the first urban railroad network. Just as in Liverpool, child labor is everywhere with children generally choosing work over schooling. Looking past the grit of the poor working class however, this city is the capital of London, a place that contains not only Her Majesty's palace but also a world of glamor.
