The Art of Bug Hunting Bug Pokemon are notorious for being elusive. The trick to catching one is having unwavering perseverance and a great guide. No one said it was going to be easy....Hello! I'll be acting as your bug Pokemon guide for the duration of this contest. Please do your best to keep up with me as we trek through this forest, seeing how you will miss catching anything if you fall too far behind or quite possibly, end up lost!
This game is a combination between Choose Your Own Adventure (CYOA) and dice wars.
You will begin by choosing a path: (a) follow the path laid out for you - August ?? @ ?? EST (b) cut through the thick trees - August ?? @ ?? EST (c) wander the tall grasses - August ?? @ ?? EST
Then you will duke it out against the others that have chosen the same path: This is done by me setting the pace. I will roll a die; this is how far ahead I am. You will then roll to see how closely you have followed. The idea is that the person closest behind me wins (ahead of me doesn't count), unless of course, in mid-game your rolls total the ideal number (a secret), in which case you win immediately.
All three paths have an end bug Pokemon awaiting each winner. Which is known only by me.
You may only choose one path, so you can only win once.
While the game is free to play, there is a 7,000 gold fee per winner.
It is required that more than one person plays each path. I will wait til enough people sign up to host the game.
You may gift your prize or keep it, but keep in mind of the game restrictions.
If you delete a post, you're out and greylisted, plain and simple.
If you forget to roll, simply quote the fudged post and roll there.
