I am partial to manga, I think it is because I like to read so much. However, that doesn't mean I don't like me some anime once in awhile. Chrome Shelled Regios, Shuffle, Tokyo Mew Mew, DBZ, Hana Yori Dango, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Peach Girl are a few of them. Some I like as animes others as manga. Just my preference >.< What are your favorite types of anime/manga? Do you like romance, comedy, action, fantasy, etc.?

Usually I think the mangas are better, but I just prefer to watch than read. gonk As for subs/dubs I like both, it all depends on what I'm watching... And how good the VAs are.
I have a lot of ones I like, my complete list (But I'll still probably miss a few) is as follows, here goes...

I enjoy both manga and anime.
My top favorite animes:
1. Naruto Shippuden
2. Pandora Hearts
3. Blue Exorcist
4. Kuroshitsuji
5. Gosick
6. Astarotte's Toy
7. Durarara
8. Wolf's Rain
9. Bleach
10. Full metal alchamest(forgot to spell it Dx )
OH, and I enjoy any type of theme of animes. Dont care if its romance, horror or whatever.

I really like any type of anime it just has to be good for me to like. But as you can tell in my Top 10 I really like the horror ones.

I'm like, really picky when it comes to anime/manga.
I like watching/reading anime/manga that has school life in it but then again,
something with adventure or idk. xD
I guess any genre is fine just as long that its not mecha. Lol.

I like both, actually, and I don't really like one over the other. I just watch more anime because I have more access to it. For Manga, I like Negima and Naruto, as well as Fruits Basket. For Anime, I like Heroic Age, Naruto, FMA Brotherhood, Bleach and Sailor Moon (it was the first anime I ever saw, and I still like it)

I also like both but i have random taste so i can't think ok a genre that i prefer more, for example the last mangas i read were tokyo babylon and trash and the last animes were were hetalia, and xxxholic

I think my top favorites are Gurren Lagann, followed by Fullmetal Alchemist (at least the first anime; just keeping up with the manga to finish up Brotherhood's story, at least for now).
The only reason they're not equal is that FMA is so damn depressing at times, whereas after watching GL you feel like you can take on the whole world (or universe, if you rather).
Other favs include Escaflowne, the Sonic OVA/movie, Digimon (1st and Tamers), and the first season of Pokemon.
I guess I tend to gravitate more towards "fun" series. Sure, I like serious stuff from time to time (hence FMA), but alot of times I want to watch something and be left with a feeling of "holy crap, that was awesome".
