D-Boys <3

So there's been a lot of stick about the new Hana Kimi, especially it's first episode... well my opinion is.. I FREAKING LOVED IT! I laughed ALL the way through!!
This could be because although I LOVE the 2007 Hana Kimi, I am treating Ikemen Paradise 2011 (as I'm calling it) - and the new Ouran and You're Beautiful - as a completely different dorama, but with the same plot: Girl pretending to be a boy. So yeah, I disbanded all disbelief, sat back adn watched and I was totally blown away from it, I love how different it is! Different school, different circumstances (it's closing) I love that they're like the bottom of all schools. I love how the actors have made the characters their own, I love that Sano has some feelings, I love he accepted to participate but then didn't - YAY! Go Sano! I love Shohei's take on Nakatsu, I love Tomo, I love the new Senri, I like how they kept the original soundtrack, nice natsukashii there! I LOVE Oscar! Especially his eyes! Not so keen on the new Blossoms though, but I'm not a liker of girls so in ANY situation it takes me ages to like a girl (in RL too!) so yeah LOVED IT!

For me there's like a BILLION Positives AND... about.... 3 or 4 negatives!

BUT first with the negatives:
1. I hate the opening and ending theme songs.
2. Maeda just made me cringe all the way through it, her voice is horrible. And you could so tell it's a girl, atleast Maki scruffed her hair up and pulled off a realistic and believable boy voice and body language. And infact, I don't remember her in this! I was too busy laughing and looking at everyone else! I can't even tell you one line that she spoke! =S
3. I dislike how they all became friends quickly, I think friendships should've been created slowly.
4. Maeda just told Sano straight away why she was there.. I would've prefer to it be discovered again...

Some talk, hopefully it made sense:

TOMO!!! *dies* I really like him as this character. Lately he's been doing really tough roles, so it's nice to see him playing someone silly, infact, this'll be his most light hearted role ne? xD

But my heart did go dokidoki at the bench scene though when he was on her xD

Look at kawaii Yukito Nishii running!! --- Oooo side note! He's only 2 years 1 month and 13days younger than me!!! Anyway...

Haha I prefer this Nakao Senri me thinks xD

LOVE the doctor! He is more gay than the old Doc but he doesn't have Old Doc's eyes.. BUT OSCAR DOES!!! xD

I like how Kayashima and Nakatsu have a proper relationship in this dorama. In Hana Kimi 2007 they only had like 2 scenes together and never really showed their friendship, Kayashima was really the outsider in the old dorama =[ Poor Yamamoto Yusuke.

If they need to be 'spoiled' tell me xD

so watched the first episode
isn't as bad as i thought it would be
love the original the best and the original cast can never be replaced
the plot is a bit different which is okay with me, makes it more interesting

can't take maeda seriously as a boy cuz all i see and hear is a girl
maki pulled it off better for me

yusuke gaaaah miss him
couldn't take the new guy seriously either cuz every time he'd speak or do something i had yusuke on my mine

sano...... i miss shun as sano
the new sano is alright

shouhei love him <333 him and tomo do the part really good so i don't mind it at all
i seriously only decided to watch this to see if maeda had what it took to be the new leading girl, to see the new sano and cuz of shouhei since i love him <3

the dude who liked hiro's character in the original [sorry forget names its been a while] he's more gay than before which i find cute xD smile

the doctor is kinda cute still prefer the other doctor but its okay

its only the first episode so for me it isn't that bad
i prefer the original the most but this has its good points to
i'm still excited to watch it and i'm looking forward to more episodes

and lastly i dislike the theme songs

slowly back into watching dramas but not sure if i'm gonna finish last seasons dramas
hana kimi got me all excited that i wanna start watching dramas again
and i'm currently watching a korean drama called 'heartstrings'

That's a shame because JIN 2 and BOSS 2 were ones I would tell you to finish.
I've finished all of last seasons doramas now I think.. I was only watching about 4 of them though...

heartstrings is just as good as you're beautiful (korean drama) if you ever seen that

JIN i defiently am going to finish that, only have like 5 eps left so it shouldn't be a problem
Boss, haven't even seen even one ep of season 1 so i don't feel like it xD maybe i'll change my mind

City hunter, heard of it but never got around to it (yet) though i heard it is really good

i saw episode two:

the guy who plays nabai senpai i can actually take seriously
lol sometimes i think he really is the original nabai senpai xD
the dude that likes nabai senpai is cute with his voice and actions i love him <3
nakatsu smile shouhei is doing a really great job playing the role
i like how its going so far
as always the original will forever be the best for me but i'm still going to watch this through
maeda i've gotten use to her playing ashiya
her girlishness doesn't annoy me anymore xD

I saw episode 2 too! And took 84 captures in total! o_O

'can actually take him seriously'?? Meaning you didn't take Mizushima's version seriously?? I went KYAA when I finally figured out why 2011 Nanba was so familiar - It's Kiriyama Renn! <3 So it made me love him more xD

O don't worry, I feel like Shohei, Aoi, Yukito and Tomo may have surpassed 2007's Nakatsu, Sano, Senri and Kayashima...

I haven't gotten used to her either! Her voice is still very much going right through me and again, I can't remember her in this episode o_O

She just annoys me...

Am I the only person who seriously thinks he WAS lifting Nishii at this point?!? Either he is actually lifting him off the ground or Yukito is JUST about on his tiptoes! o_O

I have decided.. Tomo is a VERY serious actor! I decided while watched my third Tenimyu of him, while I was watching backstage stuff I always saw him working rather than messing about with the others... suteki!! <3

YUKITO IN A DRESS!!! <3 *dies*

I got really emotional here when Nakatsu started clapping for Sano's crossdressing competition moment xD and everyone joined in and stuff, that was SO sweet <3

TOMO x SHOHEI!! Tomo wanted him to have his drink then!!! xD

Haha the dog was just like "Oooo dear...." at the end there xD
