Yes, it came out recently....and it is AWESOME!!!! Not only have they made the game a hell of a lot better but you can use over 120 different ms.

The AI is a lot better and the enemy just does more damage than you over all, giving the game a much needed boost in difficulty. I am very good at the series and I find myself dying much more than I would have expected.

Next we have the actual ms included in the game....which is one of the best parts. For this entry I was very pleasantly surprised to find many ms I had wanted them to bring in for some time and others I never even thought about. MS like Heavyarms Kai, Deathscythe Hell, Tallgeese II (Pretty much the same as the first version just different paint job.), Double X Gundam, Unicorn Gundam, Sinanju, 00 Raiser, Reborns Gundam, GP01FB, GP02, Death Arny (Aka drak Army for those of you who don't know.), Ginn, two ms I have never even heard of and I can't even try to spell, I just know one is from Turn A, and I think the other is from Victory. Musha and Musha MKII make a return in this game, along with a new and freakishly awesome gundam known as Knight Gundam.

Another addition is they added special effects to capturing certain fields. For instance if you capture the Newtype labs it will make your allies fight better. Capturing a catapult will allow you to launch yourself to certain places on the battlefield. Also when you capture a certain type of field called an Advance base you will start to build up a new gauge that they added. It is called the Partner strike gauge. Basically you can have an ms usually of your choosing drop down on the battlefield and do something. Depending on who it is the effect will be different. It is a very useful ability.

Something else that they added, YOU CAN DIE MORE THAN ONCE A MISSION!!! They decided to use something similar to the red and blue bars from games like GVZ or FVZ. When you die it takes away from the bar by a certain amount. I am not sure if it makes a difference what ms you use to how much is taken away from the bar when you die, but hey it is a big improvement over failing just because you died. And you are probably thinking, "but these games are easy, I almost never die." Like I said they made them harder.

One more thing I would like to add that is so much better. No more collecting parts like on the last one. You collect plans, but they still go from rank 1-4. It costs money to make them, which you get from doing missions. Another added bonus about the money system is.....wait for it, you can buy pilot licenses on this one. After using an ms 5 times, it is unlocked for purchase in the shop. Once you buy it EVERYONE can use it. So no more unlocking each ms that requires a pilot licenses for each character.

So all in all this game is a vast improvement over the others.
