The grasses and trees leading to Valley Lake rustled quietly as a teal-colored Vornowe padded silently towards the lake. He was somewhat stockier than the average Voronwe, being thicker is chest muscle and slightly shorter in height. He had strange markings on his ankles and hips and walked with the gait of one who was not in a hurry. By those he had befriended or served, he was known as "Imashime," a protector of weaker Voronwe. He had not had a job in some time though, and was both enjoying his peace and wishing for a bit of danger.
He stopped in the shade of the trees and lifted a turquoise paw to scratch idly at his green ears. He gave a small shake of his head as if to dislodge idle thoughts and continued his walk towards the lake.

as the trees and grass moved so did anther.Annaset was wondering the grass lands.She was in search of the lake she knew was near by.Her Red fur stuck out in the grass but luckly she was very small so she just looked like a small moving red dot to any one far away.
She soon made it to the lake.The poor shy girl slowly walked to the edge and took a quick look around before leaning down to take a drink.she didn't even notic the male that was near some how.

The teal male immediately noticed the small red one by the lake. The wings indicated the she was a female, but she was awful small, he thought. She seemed nervous or frightened to him and it made a coil of protective instincts uncurl in the pit of his stomach. He quickened his pace, making his steps more noticeable, and reached the edge of the lake beside the small red one. He took a quick drink and subtly positioned his body to shield the female as she drank. He would wait until she said something first, he decided, he didn't want to frighten her.

The small red female look up at the male nervesly but once he saw he ment no harm to her she went on to drink her fill.Once down she slowly looked up at him.She thought about talking to him but waited for a little bit to say a single word."Hello."Finely came from her mouth after a little time and it was a bit shacky.

At her shaky greeting, Imashime inclined his head in a small bow and said, "Hello, Miss." His voice was a bit gruff but still smooth, similar to rocks polished by the river. He waited a heartbeat and then asked quietly, "Is everything alright, Miss? You seem a bit ... shaken?" In truth, she seemed a bit scared rather than simply shaken but he doubted she'd confide in a complete stranger if he spoke brutally honestly.

She took in a deep breath and clamed herself a bit.She slowly sat down to relax a bit more."I just don't like coming out here a lone its dangerus out here you know."She looked around every now and then but would look back to the larger male.

Imashime nodded at the young female's response. In his experience, the world was rarely dangerous for no reason and he had met quite a few Voronwe who traveled alone. So it stood to reason that this female had legitimate cause for worry and might need his protection. Worst case scenario, he thought to himself, she was in no danger and would cost him nothing but his time. Which, he realized, he wanted to give.
"My name is Imashime, Miss. And I am a protector of Voronwe who need me. If you'd like, I can accompany you on your travels and help keep you safe," he offered after a moment, his voice quiet in consideration.

She watched him closely but her gaurd was starting to go down around him.
"I'm Annaset but please just call me Anna."She thought about it for a little bit."That sounds lovely Imashime."She smiled softly at him.
