He is a master of parkour, and also quite skilled with his flickblade (the blade he uses must be slightly opened before the mechanics of it springs the blade open - a switchblade will open on its own after the user presses a switch). He rarely uses his actual soul wavelength abilities in a fight, preferring to hold back and pace himself rather than go all out at once. Like his younger twin sisters, he enjoys causing trouble; he claims to love humanity, and greatly enjoys putting people in miserable or chaotic situations in order to observe their reactions. He also has a thorough understanding of human behavior and tendencies and is able to determine people's thoughts and predict their reactions with high accuracy. Izaya is cunning, he's a very charming man but he's not that interested in women and women are not interested in him.
He has a very jolly personality, speaking informally with most people as if they are close friends and often using nicknames, and he even talks like a girl on occassion, especially online where he actually does pretend to be female.
He likes to play twisted versions of chess (usually using a combination of Chess, Othello, and Shogi pieces) with himself in his room, often using the chessboard as a representation of the battles in Death City, giving him the fitting appearance of one who watches over the world and controls their actions. The rules he plays by are also beyond normal people, which seems to be a metaphor for the way he lives his life. He does not take his chess games to be a serious representation of the world however, as he usually prefers to observe people acting as they see fit instead of controlling them, and he even once set fire to his chess set in his excitement.
Although Izaya enjoys conflict, often showing up wherever there is potential for one, he usually stays out of it, preferring to observe the fight instead of directly taking part in it. However, when provoked, he quickly puts his opponent in his place, simply proving his superiority without actually beating the other person. Therefore he is usually seen as the one starting fights, but hiding in the shadows instead of directly taking part. ᴍᴀᴅɴᴇss ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Izaya's madness personality is not an inverted version of his personality, but rather the extremities of his personality overtaking all other parts. Izaya may be a basterd, but he's never explicitly evil. His madness personality is that and beyond. He is cold, cunning, uncaring, and ruthless. He takes no enjoyment out of his actions, and is much more serious than normal. ʙɪo: He attended Raira Academy in Reno with Takano, and a few others his age. He shares a passionate dislike with Takano, and the two apparently tried to kill each other the moment they met. Before that, Izaya's past is unknown,other than he lived in Ikebukuro for some time before moving to the states and attending school in Nevada. He was the first to notice Takano was a weapon, and blackmailed him with that information, causing their first conflict. He was also the reason for the large scar that stretches across his face. Izaya often remarks about how "the best thing that could happen for me is if Shizu-chan were to drop dead." In the past, Izaya has often framed Shizuo for crimes he didn't commit, causing him no end of trouble with the penguin. Takano left Reno three years ago to move to Death City, opening a business as an information dealer. He has no current ambitions, and if he tells you he does he's lying. Instead Izaya is happy spending one day to the next observing the humans he loves so much.

Lucy also knows Parkour, which isn't so much a fighting style as means of getting around. She is able to run through urban areas as if she was a jungle cat in the amazon. She doesn't enjoy crowds, and she considers three to be quite a large crowd. Lucy loves to run around Death City practicing her Parkour. She can often be found leaping from rooftop to roof top or just hanging out, sketching in a tree somewhere or creeping on people taking pictures. Lucy considers herself to be very sophisticated, but she can act like a child at times. When Lucy is alone she can become depressed and anxious, which is why she is hardly ever home alone. She is always on the go. Lucy hates rainy days, unless she has someone to share them with. Witches intrigue and slightly scare Lucy, so she keeps a safe distance from them but never completely avoids them. She gets along mainly with Meisters. She can get along with other regular humans, but many annoy her. ᴍᴀᴅɴᴇss ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Lucy's madness personality is not exactly her inner-self, because Lucy is everything that she is openly. When Lucy goes insane, her body is almost like an empty shell that is being possessed by a demonic force. Her eyes lose all indication of life, and her head is always slightly tilted. She never speaks nor makes a sound, even when she is severely injured in this state. Her movements and actions are puppet-like, and it is almost as if Lucy is no longer there. She never shows emotion in this state, and trying to reach her when she is insane is nearly impossible. ʙɪo: Lucy was born in Florence, Italy to a very rich family. The Faella family is renowned around Italy as respectable and proper, which means they don't socialize with classes lower than themselves. Chiarina is Lucy's older sister, and the seemingly favorite of the two siblings. Chiarina was always the well rounded student; high math and science grades with a starting spot on every female sports team. Lucy, however, was the frowned upon sibling because her talents showed in english and the arts, and she was never good at team sports. Chiarina's friends were the socially acceptable ones, and Lucy's very few ones came from the poor side of town. Lucy's father was always disappointed in her because "being an artist is not a respectable career, and surrounding yourselves with mutts of the city that call vandalism 'art' is no way for a Faella to behave". Lucy's mother loved her dearly, but she could never go against her husband's words or beliefs. Chiarina was married around the age of twenty, which made their father and mother over-joyed, especially since he was a De Luca. The De Luca family was another widely known family amongst Italy, and the marriage of Faella and De Luca was the best thing that could ever happen. Shortly after the wedding, Lucy's father pressured her about marrying another man from another famous Italian family so she could keep the respects going. Feeling trapped and isolated by her sister's shadow, Lucy ran away from home at a young age. With money she had gotten from her trust fund, Lucy traveled to France where she quickly learned and fell in love with Parkour. Shortly after, she traveled to China where she learned the fighting style of Ba Gua Zhang, and mastered it without flaw. Due to her many travels, Lucy was running out of the money she had taken, but luckily her mother tracked her down and wired some to her. Her mother loved Lucy and understood her pressure, however, she would never let Lucy's father know that she knew where Lucy was and that she was wiring her cash. Wanting to settle down somewhere, Lucy had heard from a Russian of a place called Death City, and decided to go there. She now resides there, working on her art in secret from her father and out of her sister's shadow.

The ability is not limited to simply placing this energy into objects. Kyo can manipulate the energy into orbs, or other forms on its own, Which will then be used in battle, or for every day use. Such as creating orbs of explosive energy, that circle his body, and explode upon impact. His body has grown accustom to the explosiveness of his energy. Meaning that any explosive energy, is absorbed if it comes into contact with his own body. ғɪɢʜᴛɪɴɢ ᴛᴇᴄʜɴɪǫᴜᴇs:● Explosive Hand-to-Hand Style: Surrounding his fists will form hundreds of small beads of explosive energy. These orbs will counter attacks of enemies, causing explosions where ever the orb is.● Spy Ignition: Upon touching a specific item he can pass an explosive energy into it. ᴍᴀᴅɴᴇss ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Ryo is a destructive person that does not care who is around. If he feels like he needs to fight, he will just do it. He does not get along with people, and is often found attempting to hit on woman, very forcefully. Not an easy person to get along with.ʙɪo: Kyo was born of a demon and sent to earth to live out his time. Granted with the abilities of destruction, he managed to bring chaos to a small town in Texas. After finding a love for death at a young age Kyo began to go on mass murder runs throughout the world. Becoming a well known serial killer amongst the largest of governments. Soon he developed a split personality, Ryo, that emerges in both times of need, and times of great anger. Kyo now resides in Japan with a larger number of people hunting him down.

The chain whip is heavy but flexible, allowing it to be literally used as a whip to hit, hook and bind an opponent, restrict his/her movement, and to deflect blows from other weapons. ɴᴀᴍᴇ ᴏғ ᴀᴛᴛᴀᴄᴋ: Jeweled - Eyed Dragon Danceᴀᴛᴛᴀᴄᴋ ʀᴀɴɢᴇ: Medium - Long ᴀᴛᴛᴀᴄᴋ ᴅᴇsᴄʀɪᴘᴛɪᴏɴ: with the variety of twisting and flicking motions, Juvela can gain momentum so as to throw her chain whip at her opponent. And sometimes, it is as such, especially if ignorance is displayed. She doesn't allow such things to annoy her, or get under her skin. Juvela show's no fear, whenever approached by her peers or even a non-human threat. Her lifeless gaze is just about always enough to cause many to think twice about approaching her. But despite her cold and heartless demeanor, this quiet and lonely girl does have a kind, soft and compassionate side. No one's stuck around long enough to experience it, or see past that chilly demeanor of her's. Only her dear father knows the true Juvela. She's actually shy deep down, when around others. Who would have known. She's the type to have her nose within a book at all times, always reading something, her attention seeming to be elsewhere, though she's quite fully aware of what;s going on around her. She's there to help others, who's ever in need, but no one dares to approach her.ᴍᴀᴅɴᴇss ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: When madness takes over, the jewel-toned eye glows intensely. That cold and heartless demeanor that many have come to know, doesn't even compare to this. The demeanor is more icy and evil. Her times of loneliness and constant insults echo in her mind, causing her madness to increase. Juvela becomes an unstoppable killing machine, free if regret or remorse. Everything within her path falls before her, unmoving And that lifeless stare holds a creepy and vindictive gaze, sometimes a hint of seduction as well. The madness and blood seem to excite her.ʙɪo: Death City is the only home Juvela has ever known. Since she was little, she has been in the company of her father, a rather well known doctor, almost as known as the Stein Family. Just like them, her father was always knee deep in experiments, she always watching, aiding him in his work. While still in diapers, Juvela had a very advanced brain, so her father didn't see any harm in her aiding him in his work, regardless the dangers. Though, one day, such a danger arose, taking her left eye. With his precious daughter injured, his only family, that drive to experiment lessened. No matter how much he loved to experiment, to do it on his daughter now, to save her sight, frightened him, but he did it. This is how she obtained duel hues, he calling her left eye, the Jeweled eye.
This eye was a mystery to Juvela, since her father would always avoid the question as to what it was or how he came by it. So becoming annoyed with him always avoiding the question, she gave up. She had her sight back, that was all that mattered, as he would say, his attention within is work yet again. But even so, Juvela would always wonder about her new left eye. From then on, she knew that there were things that even her father kept from her. She was smart enough to see that. But, she could see that he loved his work and she enjoyed it when he was in his most mad state. All sorts of things took place.
Throughout her years of aiding her father, learning about death city and those who inhabit it, she came to know about Lord Death and DWMA, and of course madness. Her fathers new obsession was the madness, more so about the rumor that was spreading around the city. But before her father could make a discovery, his life was taken, like many others within the city, which left her alone. Though her father denied her the opportunity to go to DWMA, reasons that didn't conclude with her, his last words, within one of his books that she was able to salvage from there destroyed home, stated for her to go there, and most of all, to stay safe. Though somewhat thrilled to finally be able to go, her face though, like always, was deluded of such an emotion. But in this type of situation, it was understandable. With her fathers last wishes, she gathered what she needed, whatever was left and went to DWMA
