Hey, whenever I go to take macro shots in the sun, they are always way to white! If you know what I mean, do you know how I would go about fixing it? I'd take a photo and post it here but its raining and overcast today. Thanks!

It sounds like you are over exposing. Make sure your ISO is at about 100 so the censor is not letting so much light in. Try 100 - 250 for the shutter speed. I hope that helps.

In addition to what everyone else has said, it might help to check the white balance on your camera. On mine, I know I can set it and/or change it depending on the lighting, but that option isn't always available. You may just have to try taking pictures on a cloudy day, or early in the morning / late evening (which are the best times, anyway).

I went a whole day once getting frustrated that I couldn't get the correct exposure on my pictures before I realized I had the white balance set wrong. XD
