.: Weapon | Meister Technique System :.
For Meisters and Weapons to fight they Resonate their souls in one of the following ways. Soul Resonance, Chain Resonance, and Madness Resonance. While in the states of resonance their abilities are given a boost, and allow the Meister to use the special techniques that his or her Weapon possess. But what you need to know is how you go about making and using techniques in this guild.
1st: Each weapon in this guild possess a single trait, this trait will be the basis of all of their techniques. The trait has what is known as Variants, or altered forms of the same basic attack.
2nd: For each rank of the Meister and Weapon they are given a total of Six techniques. These techniques must coincide with the weapons original trait. The variations follow under specific order that will appear like this: The original trait, which is used in Soul Resonance, along with three variations of that trait. That is a total of only four techniques. The Weapon will also be given one technique for Chain resonance, and Madness resonance.
3rd: As stated previously the Weapon gains six variations of their original technique for each Star they and their Meister possess. That means four more Soul resonance variations, one more Chain resonance variation, and one more Madness resonance variation.

Attack Description: This is the original attacking trait of a weapon. For guild purpose and explanation I will use Maka as an example. Maka's original attack trait was the Witch hunter. The Witch hunter is a traditional Soul Resonance attack used by scythe meisters. The move turns the head of the scythe into a crescent moon shape. Normally the Witch Hunt is used to send a single wave attack along the ground towards the enemy but there are other variations of the move.
Attack Variations:
● Number Six Hunt Slash: A rotating slash with a six-shaped after-image.
● Letter "U" Hunt Slash: crescent slash brought from below where the blade is dragged upward in the shape of a U.
● Scythe Menace Severing: When using this attack, Soul collects the soul wavelength around him and redirects it back from where it came. The downside of this attack is that it is indiscriminate and unselective, being unable to distinguish between either enemy or ally. As a result, the technique cannot be used in team missions. There is a further disadvantage present due to the rotation the user must undergo to preform the attack, which results in disorientation for a few moments after completion
