How do you check your pokemon IV when they just hatch?

Soryy, but IVs are a hidden stat. And can only be checked with an IV calculator or with an external device (ie. AR). Here is a link to a popular IV calulator: http://www.metalkid.info/Pokemon/Calculators/IV.aspx

it can accurately calculate for one that just hatch and at lvl 1

I'm going to provide an easier alternative.
I'll assume you're talking about Gen V. In Gen V there is a Judge in the Battle Subway, he will be there after you beat the main game.
