Mist/Sand Chuunin Exam Sign-Ups

So it's that time of year again! This year's Chuunin Exams are a collaborative effort which will be bringing certain villages together to test the knowledge of the newest Chuunin-hopefuls, taking place in Kirigakure no Sato, the Village Hidden In The Mist, and will be hosted by Luo Ushio, Mizukage.

With that in mind, please note all requirements:
-Must be Genin rank to participate
-Must travel to the Hidden Mist village accompanied by a higher-ranking shinobi.
