Hidden within a huge forest of Kusa is a little out house. But secretly its a hidden entrance to the new Okazi Shack. Under the outhouse is a clan dojo of the okazi or whats left of the dojo. Teddy had created the dojo as the new Okazi location due to the fact that Qastor had died. There a barrier around this clan house and everything around it like the Okazi Shack in The outskirts of Mist and Snow. The only people that can enter the Okazi outhouse is Okazis.

Around the clan house underground is a training grounds for ninja that are taken to train. On the East side of the clan house is a living quarters that is 4 stories high and has a kitchen and a living room. On the west side of the clan house is a Lake for whatever usage is needed. Inside the clan house is a variety of jutsus scrolls and history scrolls that Teddy had once located as his many travels.
