Rosie jogged into the park, the vine patterned whip bouncing against her thigh. She had already ran across the bridge into the city. Stopped by at a department store for a bottle of water. And continued on with her jog. The sun beating down on her back fueled her ability, making her stay out longer than usual when she took her runs. She didn't feel like going back. She was enjoying this. This was why she loved summer. The sun and the vegetation in full bloom. It really suited her Grass routes. No one would wonder where she had gone if she wasn't back at her usual time. This wasn't anything new for the teenager to do.
The bottle was in one hand, very little left at the bottom. The young woman stopped at a fountain on the side of the walkway to fill it back up, taking a long drink from it herself.
Of course, being this active didn't come without consequences. She dehydrated faster. She was still learning to always carry a water bottle on her. It was a hassle having to carry the bottle with her at all times like this. She had to make sure she remembered to find something to put it in. Like a side pouch. She was a little too big for her old backpack.

The sun was out and bright and it felt so good having a day off onto of that. The sun always made him feel so much perkier? That wasn’t the right word too childish, energetic... not that either, but Vibrant! Was the word he was looking for, a fitting word for a vibrant poke human. Though he had a part time job at the cafe he had another on the side when he didn’t have to finish school work, tending to the flowers in the park. Humans didn't understand them at all it seemed, they hadn’t gotten the attention they deserved, people always too busy to stop and care for them properly Let alone look at them. They where there stubborn and resilient trying to be beautiful all the time whatever the weather and people just passed them by. Florence shook his head sadly as he cupped one of the flowers in his hand as he sprinkled his special fertilizer at its base.
Attuned to the need of floral plants the roselia smiled softly at the flowers before picking up his things and slinging the bag across his shoulder two roses protruded from the bag, one red the other blue one of the few things that would have ever identified this good looking boy as a pokemon these were the flowers he could grow best. Florence walked down the path stretching for a moment keeling had made him stiff, he headed for the next batch of flowers.
But then, there standing at the water fountain was a girl, a girl about his age too! What could be better? He had to pause for a moment so he didn't get ahead of himself. She looked more of a tomboy than anything, so if he came up and talked to her in the wrong manner she would get suspicious; after all he was an exquisitely good looking guy and everyone knew guys like him didn’t go for tomboys. This in his mind made this just that much easier but he still had a code of conduct.
“Afternoon.” He smiled walking over, he had to refill his squirt bottle but that would give him an excuse to come over and say hi.

If the stranger had caught the Bulbasaur by surprise, she made no show of it as she titled her head slightly to show she knew he was there. He was good looking, she would give him that. But she was uninterested. So very uninterested in talking to some random guy. He looked human. She didn't like humans.
When she was still an egg, she had been dropped off with a human who thought her a normal Pokemon egg. What they got instead of a baby Pokemon was something more human. She was almost straight away dumped off in the nearest orphanage.
This guy...There was nothing Pokemon about him. No tail. No ears. Not even any markings. Thus, she was not very interested in speaking to him.
Her water bottle, however, was still not full, so she was forced to stay in his company. She couldn't risk leaving with it not all the way full. She didn't want to dehydrate and worry her family back home.

"What no hello back?" he smiled it was sunny and bright and his mood seemed to match. He blamed it on being a flower type Pokemon not that you could ever tell, he bore no markings what so ever. However, he instantly noticed the markings on her face, she was a pokehuman like him "My name's Florence." he said offering her a red rose, a habit he'd developed when it came to any sort of girl even one as muscled as this one she certainly didn't have the same curvature as most women but who knows maybe she would just pass the time.
"Could I have the honor of knowing yours?" he offered a polite half bow. Though he noticed she was trying to ignore him and he didn't appreciate being ignored it bugged him, how could you possibly ignore him? Perhaps he'd try and spark some sort of conversation "A bulbasaur right?" he asked for confirmation "I'm a roselia, not that you can tell." he said with gentlemanly smile he'd been transformed into a perfect human not a telltale sign about him but perhaps it might help her loosen up he could feel the reluctant tension she was giving off for him it was intuition after all he wasn't a psychic pokemon.
He bottle still wasn't full, and he had to fill up his squirt bottle "Do you come here often?" he asked casually.
