if the rings in a set increase in level, will that also increase toe effects of the ring set bonus?
will increasing the level of fitness increase it's effects?
will increasing the level of a buff increase it's effectiveness?
I don't know about the first question. I assume you are referring to the ring sets that specifically are designed to enhance each other when used together. (Ask plasma or Pooka or see the zOMG Guides thread for more on this.)
Increasing the level of any ring will increase its efectiveness. However, you will want to keep your rings pretty much at the same level. The exception would be when you power up a single ring and want to assess its usefulness to you before adding additional orbs.
Most people choose the rings they like best and power those up equally until they are maxed out, then bring other rings up to that level.
I chose to bring two sets to 8.6 and switch out rings, depending on what I am doing.
If you have rings with wildly different charges, you are operating from a weakened position. You will be a much better player if you load your rings evenly, and you will understand the properties of your rings better.
