in short, ladders will be locked this July 5th, at 5:00 AM PDT. similar to the season 1 ladder lock, bonus pool will stop growing and you will unable to be promoted or demoted once the action has been carried out. Season 3 will be implemented 2 weeks later on July 19th during morning maintenance.
i probably share the same opinion as other people's when I say this felt like an extremely short season. i personally think I should start my climb back up the ladder before leagues get locked. it's rather embarrassing for me to be in Bronze league for so long.
