"Well maybe if you weren't such a big baby, you wouldn't have freaked the hell out!!" Atropos yelled back. He knelt down to scoop up the remains of one of his beloved pets. "How the hell am I going to replace her, as if that's actually possible!" Atropos hated how Oddessa only cared for herself.

Darius saw that the guy was furious. If he was that upset over a spider, then he was a dead man. He didn't want to stay around long since not to long ago the guy saw him sleeping outside of his window.
"I.......I think I better go now...Nice meeting you Odedessa." he quickly said. He was already half way down the street before she could even reply. Even though Darius was not easily intimidated there was something about that guy "A" that gave him a slight feeling of fear.

"I don't know, find another one!"
Oddessa stomped in the opposite direction. There was no way she was going back in that house now, but obviously the Darius guy didn't want to be bothered. She didn't even bother to look back at Atropos. She knew that Clotho was one of his pets, but at that time all she had seen was a big spider crawling on her. She hadn't known.
She walked through the back doors of the hospital, as to not be seen. She immediately found where they stored their blood and went into the small room. She picked a packet and ripped it open, guzzling it down. Blood always made her feel better and think clearer.

What just happened.... Darius thought about the situation back there. Everything was going smooth. He looked behind him to see if they were still there. The girl was gone and he didn't see the guy. She seemed like a nice person. He chuckled when he realized that her reaction towards him was nice and not like those of everyone else.
He made it to the coffee shop and luckily they were open. He grabbed a large coffee with 2 creams and a sugar. He sat at the table and read yesterday's newspaper that someone had left. He saw an article on the front page about a missing boy. He read on and soon realized who it was about.....

Atropos just growled at Oddessa's back as she walked away. He quickly stomped back up to his room and yanked a small black box out from underneath his bed. It was about the size of someone's hand with a little silver lock. Since it wasn't currently locked, Atropos gently lay Clotho's remains inside, slowly closing the lid. He whispered a few sentimental words and slid the coffin back under the bed. Tomorrow morning I'll bury her in the park, he thought before rushing out of the house. Suddenly, like some sort of monstrous parasite, a painful wave of bloodlust crashed and held his mind. Bloodlust happened to every vampire at some point, but his cravings were always really strong for some reason. His head was pounding as he rushed down the street to another hospital (he knew he didn't have the patience to deal with Oddessa yet). He passed a coffee shop where that Darius kid was at. Atropos didn't even look at him as he ran past. The hospital was still far away, he couldn't afford to get distracted now.

Empty packets lay strewn about the floor around Oddessa's feet. She scooped them up and threw them in the bin, then left as swiftly as she had come. She passed the apartment building again. She imagined that Vic was asleep by now and A was...well she didn't know about him. She wandered and eventually found herself in the park. She walked over to a tree, sat down under it, and looked up at the night sky. It was beautiful right now. Many stars dotted the darkness and the moon was lumnious. A gentle calmness washed over her, a calm she hadn't felt since moving to this hell hole. She'd stay here for the night and deal with Hurricane Atropos later. That is, if he even talked to her.

Darius caught a glimpse of Atropos as he ran by. He felt like he needed to apologize to him. After all he did sleep outside his window, and got off on the wrong foot. He hurried to try and catch up with him while shouting, "Hey.....A can I talk to you for a second?" Darius kept running while he tried to get his attention.

Atropos turned around quickly; he didn't realize Darius actually followed him. "You need to get away from me..." he growled, clutching his head. His headache was getting worse, the bloodlust tightening it's foul grip on him. Suddenly, he felt his lapis ring crackle against his skin; time was running out. "Just turn around, and go back to that friggin' coffee place, before something bad happens." With his final words, Atropos spun on his heels and took off into an alley. Hopefully this shortcut will get me there in time.. he thought frantically.

"But..." Darius couldn't say anymore since Atropos had disappeared. And that is why I hate people...he said to himself as he walked away. All he wanted to do was apologize and it just made things worse. Maybe that's why he stayed to himself most of the time. He continued to walk, and went past the park. He was hoping to see some sort of wildlife like a deer or something, but it was too dark to see. He went and sat down on the corner and began to think....

Oddessa layed on her side and quickly fell into a deep sleep. She was dreaming about what it'd be like if she hadn't met A or Vicky. In the dream she had been running until it abruptly ended with her standing in front of a man. She turned over and eventually her dream drifted to a Candyland-like resort.

Victoria dressed quickly and strode to the couch, sitting down and switching on the tv. She yawned but ignored it. She suddenly heard a scream coming from outside and she jumped, glancing around frantically. She got up and turned around, just in time to see a last glimpse of Atropos jumping out the window. "What the hell?" She burst out, and ran down the steps out of the apartment. She saw Oddessa and Atropos arguing and decided not to get into it. She sighed and closed her eyes, suddenly feeling tired. "Need a coffee." She muttered. She walked down to the shop a block over and ordered a coffee, and sat down at one of the tables. A moment later she saw Atropos run by the windows and she raised an eyebrow, shaking her head and wondering what his problem was.
