Tenkai is the most part, is quite the hassle to be around. He's manipulative and arrogant, and usually always scheming something under his thick exterior. Knowing how to hide whatever he was feeling had always been a gift to him, for it allowed him to fool others whenever the opportunity arose. Hardly ever able to be found, Tenkai keeps himself locked away in a storage room, or other locked rooms. Preferring to use his head in and outside battles, he is actually highly intelligent, never going into a situation without multiple plans.
Bio:
Tenkai grew up the son of a fisherman in a very poor village. His mother was out of the picture, and he never knew anything about her. Raising a son alone was tough on his father, who worked every single day to make sure that he had something to eat. Living that way was not suitable for a child, wearing the same clothes on your back daily, and eating whatever scraps were available. His father didn't have enough money to send Tenkai to school, so during the day, he would sneak out and hid at the school, listening to the teachers and learning whatever he could from them that way.
As he grew older and entered teen-hood, he fell in with a few bad people. He began to deal narcotics in the back alleys, to raise money for himself to go into high school. He made quite a bit of money doing this, and not only did he put himself into school, he got himself nicer clothing, and moved into a nicer home. Periodically he would check in with his father to let him know that he was alright, but he never went back for good. He decided then that he would never allow himself to live like that again.
After high school, Tenkai became...plainly, he became a con man. He would trick wealthy businessmen into pursuing ventures that did not exist, and got them to give him the money, convinced that they would be making a tidy profit. Clearing several hundred thousand dollars by the time he was at the age of thirty, Tenkai was now living the high life. He had the wealth, and with it a better life. No longer thinking about his roots in the slums of the cities.
Two years later, Tenkai was walking down the street in a nice looking outfit, and having a certain kind of walk about him that made it known exactly the type of person that he was. A mistake on his part, as he was soon mugged and killed for a couple hundred dollars. After entering the Rukongai, he was back where he started now. Living in the crap part of the place, with little more than the clothes on his back.
After several months of being there, he began to get a whisper in his ear as he was sleeping. Little did he know at the time, it was the Zanpakuto spirit speaking to him. Awoken the next morning by a loud bang, he realized what he needed to do. Without hesitation, he went to the academy and studied, before taking the exam and entering the ranks as a shinigami.

Zanpakutō Name: Gufuu (Hurricane)
Zanpakutō Element: Wind
Sealed Appearance: Tenkai's sword is a standard 23" silver katana. The hilt is completely black, one side holding an open silver hand, the opposite side showing a closed silver fist.

Shikai:
Release Command: Basuto (Burst)
Physical Changes: When released the blade on Gufuu glows a very faint white, before cracking, the pieces floating away into the wind. The hilt of the sword still in his hands, it molds around his hands, creating gauntlets that completely cover his hands and forearms.
Shikai Special Ability: Tenkai's guantlets only other ability is to help with his Hakuda. Nothing more, nothing less.
Shikai Abilities
Kuki Misairu (Air Missile)
Holding his hands out, fingers pointing toward the enemy, small compressed bullet-like air flows freely from his fingertips. Traveling a good twenty miles per hour, and hitting anything within a fifty foot radius, before dispersing. The bullets can pierce through nearly any solid object, depending on how tough the material. Thick material stand a good chance of stopping the attack, while thin material is highly susceptible. The attack however, cannot pierce shield or other forms of kido.
Supairaru (Spiral)
With arms spread wide, Tenkai presses his palms to the outside of his body and spins around in a 360 degree circle several times. This causes the wind around him to act as a tornado, but instead of sucking in, it pushes out, knocking down or pushing away people a good twenty feet, as well as stopping certain projectiles. The wind only goes out ten feet in each direction, limiting the range only to those closest to him.
Maiagaru (Soar)
Holding a gauntlet now toward his feet, Tenkai pushes the air underneath the flat of his feet, then pushes up. Doing this allows him to float in the air for a certain amount of time, never flying above twenty feet ,or faster than ten miles per hour. However, since he needs one hand for this, it leaves him somewhat at a disadvantage to others.

Bankai
Extended Name: Bāsuto to Desutoroi (Burst and Destroy)
Physical Changes: After the blade cracks and drops, it falls to his feet, molding bright white boots onto his feet, as well as the gauntlets on his hands. This allows him to use not only the gauntlets, but also the boots to control the wind.
Bankai Abilities:
Chimei-tekina Uzu (Fatal Vortex)
Tenkai quickly begins to spin around on his toes, much like the shikai ability Supairaru, only this time his arms are tucked into his body. Spinning faster and faster every second, his body becomes like a tornado, the air around him forming fifteen feet high. Now digging into the earth, it gets stronger the longer he is allowed to do this. Only starting off by pulling in the opponent, to eventually ripping up trees.
Kaze no tsuyoi doriru (Windy Drill)
Much like the previous ability, Tenkai is able to form cyclones by using his hands. His palms straight out in front of him, the wind in his hands continuously spinning, until it shoots out at the opponent. The wind keeps spinning for several minutes, circling around until it either dissipates, or connects with the opponent.
Chimei-tekina soā (Fatal Soar)
Now that Tenkai has the boots, he is able to glide around with much ease. The wind already at his feet, he is able to fly out up to twenty miles per hour, and twenty five feet in the air. Also having his hands free, it makes it much easier for him to attack whilst in the air.
Kirakyanon (Killer Cannon)
Like the bullets before, Tenkai can shoot off compressed air, but cannon ball sized, and only two at one time. The impact is harder, but the speed of it can be somewhat of a hassle. Also, Tenkai can only use six of these during a fight, before it drains him too badly and forces him out of bankai.

I just have one question and that's all.
You say that Kuki Misairu can pierce through nearly any solid object, but exclude Kido barriers and the like. I assume this is in order to set normal solid objects like a building from, say, solid objects like a Dankuu. Well, what about objects that aren't formed through Kido, but are exceptionally durable? For instance, there's a character with an ability that transmutes his body into a metallic substance to give him the highest Hierro rating while he's in his Segunda Etapa. It's metal, which is a simple solid object, so are you suggesting that this ability could cut through it?

Well, when I say nearly, I don't mean the toughest of materials. If his body can indeed transform into that, if it's that tough, it would likely not be able to cut through, though it would likely still cause some sort of pain. However, it depends on how tough the material would be. If the ability is not acceptable as it, I can attempt to change it around if you would prefer, or I I could verify which objects it could? Material, depending on how thick or thin it is, would be susceptible to the ability.

When writing and creating techniques for your Shikai, bankai etc... it is exceptionally important to have every detail possible in your descriptions; otherwise we're forced to go with what we think that technique's capabilities are. See my point? If you don't specify what you're wanting it to do, than when you're RPing a fight or training, how is your opposition supposed to make clear sense of an ability? You need to have a consistent and sound structure to each and every ability you produce.
