Daniel was busy cooking in the kitchen. Francis walked into the kitchen and smelled the batter that Daniel was working with. "Making cookies?" Francis asked his brother as he took a spoon and scooped up some batter. Daniel nodded and he gave his brother a look. "Yes,and enough of that! I don't want to contaminate the cookies for our future roommate." Francis rolled his eyes and he said,"Why do we even need a roommate? We already have us and our sisters." Daniel stopped swirling around the batter,he put the whisk down,"Look,we need an extra person so we can have friends." Francis rolled his eyes again,"Girlfriend?" Daniel smacked his brother upside the head,"No. Please have some class over here." Daniel was such a fatherly figure,he was almost like a real father. Francis walked out of the kitchen and Destiny walked in,"Mm..Smells like your making cookies,and Francis has issues again." Daniel chuckled and he swirled the batter once more before pouring it in a pan. "Yup,you are correct. He doesn't like the idea of making casual friends and strangers." Destiny shook her head,"That's going to be a problem. I mean,if our roommate ends up as a girl,and she rejects him,then we are up for a problem." Daniel nodded and in a fatherly tone,"And,if it turns out to be a guy,you better be on your best behavior as well. Now do you understand?" Destiny nodded and she rolled her eyes,"I promise. I will be a good girl." Daniel added,"No flirting either." Destiny sucked in her teeth and she snapped her fingers,"Damn." Daniel chuckled and said,"Okay,now go and watch tv in the living room,I need to clean the kitchen." Destiny nodded and she ran over to the living room as Daniel put the pan in the oven,setting the time,then pulling out Windex from a drawer.
