A massive span of sand dunes. There is nothing special about this are, it's just a lot of sand everywhere.
If you wish to travel to the oasis, it will take 5 posts of traveling. With each post, you roll a 6 sided die, and edit to fit the result.
1: stroke of luck, you reach the oasis! You may go there even if you havnt traveled 5 posts
2-5: travel through the desert
6: you arrive back at the edge of the desert.

Alarice was shocked when she finally got to the Dunes, she needed to recollect herself and make sure that she was going to be ready to get this guy. She was a succubus but she knew a sense of right/wrong, she was going to train to get him

Siegfried made his way into this barren desert as the sound he herd from earlier seems to be close. But with a sigh he needed to get pass this place as he continued to walk. He hoped that he'll get there soon.

Siegfried seems to be going into a circle as this may take longer than he thought but he must find where this scent was taking him as he now started to run in a random direction of this stupid desert.

Siegfried seems to be getting somewhere now as he felt the scent was a little bit stronger. He continued to run as the heat was beating him down from the sun, sweat dripping from his face.

Siegfried was going into another circle as he now just started to walk this bloody thing. It started to tick him off at how weird this desert is as he started to drink some water form the multi water bottles he had with him in his bag.

He didn't know how long this will last but he felt a little bit close again. He really didn't care now about the scent, he just hope that he can find this stupid oasis before he gives up right now.

Siegfried was now half way to this bloody place as he felt the scent getting stronger. With another sip of his water bottle he continued along the trail to the oasis.

Siegfried somehow found a shortcut into the oasis as it was coming into view. A smile appeared onto his face as he ran after the image as if his life depend on it.

Katsuro made his way to the hot desert which felt different from the cold terrain from Pronta. The sun beating him down as it annoyed him such, he still had to find Akantor which would feel like an eternity. Still he head on as to at lest find it's scent

Katsuro came to a stop when he felt the scent of the the Inferno One as the ground felt a little shaken. the sands were moving quiet odd as well as some of the sand rolled down from the dunes. Katsuro could feel that Akantor was coming his way.

All of a sudden the ground shook like a mini earthquake as Katsuro could hold his balance for much long. he didn't as the creature burrowed it's way up as the glowing red spikes and carapace were showing themselves in front of Katsuro's eyes. The legend was right, Akantor did exist and now was his chance to tame the wild beast.

Akantor shook itself as the massive clumps of sand feel from the giant monster. Akantor didn't may much attention to Katsuro as it was moving so slow within the sand, going somewhere or anywhere where it feels like going. Katsuro need to get the beast to turn to him and to tame it would be hard.

Katsuro rush to the monster as his speed was faster than the massive beast before him and with his hand on the hilt of his katana, he drew so fast and attack the tail of the massive creature. Katsuro had a smirk on his face as the creature finally stop but the katana didn't go as deep as he expected. His armor was quiet impressive but this will take a while.

Akantor turn to look at the small mortal as it's demon like eyes turn from left to right to see the Lycan. Drool came down from the monster's sharp teeth and it's two tusk like rather nasty and showed a faint glow within them. As the creature when onto it's hind legs it let out a massive roar that shook the ground, even the sound barrier broke right in front of it's mouth. Katsuro had to shut his eyes closed at how massively loud it was.

Katsuro once out of his trance he shook his head as he saw the massive creature about to attack him with a slow sweep from it's right massive claw. He couldn't dodge it in time because of the roar as he held the katana right in front of him and block the attack but was dragging from the claw and was thrown at quiet some distance. He had skipped on the sand for about three times until he came at a halt, this was something you should never take lightly Katsuro thought as he slowly went onto his feet

Akantor was now charging at Katsuro as his tusk were pointed at the Lycan but since he was slow it would give Katsuro enough time to dodge the incoming attack which he did when he ran to the left and rolled from the tusk barely hitting him in the back. Katsuro saw as it's tail tried to smash within his body but preformed a somersault over the tail when it came his way, it was a close call as well since the tail almost hit him.

Katsuro had to find a way to at lest calm the creature down as it clearly didn't like him. He didn't want to hurt it too much as he needs him for the upcoming fight. While he was thinking the Akantor had enough time to turn and while it was turning another sweep attack with it's claw. Katsuro eyes widen but he quickly duck from the attack and retreated some distance. "Crap, this isn't going too well..." Katsuro thought as he needed a plan now.

Katsuro had a plan but could kill him if his timing was wrong. He could see that the underbelly and it's chest had some rather soft spots it was his key that he could stop the creature's movement. it was risky but he'll have to try. The Akantor seem rather annoying but the Lycan as it yet again charge at him but was only so that it can get close to Katsuro to finish him off.

Katsuro had no time to waste as he had to get some more distance from the Akantor. Using the power of the earth he brought up two chunks of rock and thrown them at the Akantor's head to at lest slow down the rampaging beast. The first hit did nothing as it still kept on going but the second landed near it's eye which it stop it's attack and roared in pain from crumbs of rock getting into his left eye.

Katsuro smiled as at lest that worked for him and charged right at the beast but before he could do anything he still had one eye open and could see that the small Lycan was coming to him. the creature would then let out a stream of fire at Katsuro which looked more like a giant flamethrower than anything else.

Katsuro stopped his charge and quickly sash tot he left to avoid the attack. The creature could see Katsuro running tot he left and turned his head as the huge stream of fire came at his way. Katsuro cursed under his breath as he had no time to dodge the attack but he quickly used the earth as mud and rock covered Katsuro which would protect him somewhat from the heat.

The Akantor stop when he hit the tiny man but when it looked closely Katsuro still survived but the rock around him crumbled into dust as he landed on one knee. he had some rather bad burn spots on both of his arms and on his left chest side, some of his clothes were burnt and some some of his skin. Akantor roared in rage that the little fool still survived his attack.

Katsuro looked up at the Akantor as he panted from the attack. using his regeneration skill, the burnt up spots turn from black charred skin into his tan like skin once more. It was time to finish this but he knew that this creature still had some more tricks up his sleeves. He had to think of another plan to get close to the Akantor.

Katsuro had finally gotten an idea on how to get close to him without suffering another deadly blow. Using his speed once more he ran after the beast, his katana back into his sheath as well as he summoned up another huge rock from the ground. The Akantor once again open it's mouth as it was ready for another stream of fire but this was what Katsuro wanted it to do.

He then threw the rock at the Akantor's mouth as the fire that almost came out hit the built up flame and exploded within it's mouth. Smoke trailed off within as it stumbled onto it's stomach, dazed and currently knocked out from the attack but it's eyes were still open and somewhat heavy. This was Katsuro's chance.

Katsuro had enough time now to get right next to the as at the same time the Akantor was back onto it's feet, shaking it's head from the explosion. it's skin and shell changed color into more of a hellish kind, the red seem to glow now and it's skin change from grey to blood red. it's eyes ere blood shoot as well and more drool came out of it's mouth as it stood on it's hind legs again and let out another roar that Katsuro had to cover his ears again.

The beast's spikes were more feral looking as well and saw that Katsuro was dazed from the sudden roar the thing made. The Akantor had more strength now as it lifted up it's right claw and landing right onto Katsuro as to crush the little fool once more. Would this be the end of Katsuro?

Katsuro using his last bit of strength, his arms grew into his lycan like form and trying as much a she can a she was on his back, holding up the claw for it to not crush him. It felt like 3 tons of rock just landing right on him as it couldn't budge from the claw and quickly slip away from the claw before it landed, making a large thump sound when it did.

Katsuro felt weak now from fighting this creature and he hardly put a dent on it. Panting int he sand as the sun still beats down on him he barley dodge some of the incoming claw attacks that happen quite often from the creature. Katsuro doesn't know how long he'll hold this up but he is so close in taming this creature as it's attacks seems to be slowing down as well.

Katsuro's arm return back to normal as he once again pulled out his katana. The Akantor for some reason is slowing down it's attacks but it's rage was still fully in him as is shown on his skin and carapace. With one last swing from the Akantor with his claw, Katsuro manage to cut one of the nails as he somersaulted and sliced off one of it's nails.

Katsuro sees this chance as it let itself wide open for another attack. Without wasting any more time he rush to the spot where it's right lung was at. Katsuro's left arm built up to a fist as with one punch would hit it's lung and the Akantor would feel the pain surge throughout it's body.

Katsuro ran out from bellow the huge creature as it stumbled onto it's belly, Katsuro diving out just in time before getting crushed. The monster let out a painful moan as it could hardly move it's joints, looking at Katsuro as smoke trailed off from his nose and mouth. Katsuro sighing in relief he sheath his katana once more as he laid his hand right on it's left tusk which felt hard and somewhat hot.

Katsuro had finally calmed down the raging beast and gave it a smile. "Listen, I need you my friend as a foe that I can't beat by myself is at my hometown looking for me. I know you won't like this but I'll be your master for now on. Listen to my commands and things should go smoothly." he said as he hoped the beast could understand him which he might.

The thing let out a small laugh as it was ready to speak it seems. "Heh, fine, whatever you need. You should be glad that I speak to you, your're one of the few people I do." it said as it sound was something from hell, even it's voice ring out demon. It had a echo but sounded very dark and deep.

Katsuro smiled as he was somewhat shocked that it can speak which means it also has intelligence. That'll be good since they can communicate quite easily. "Oh, you'll start feeling your joints in a matter of minuets. I'm glad that you'll be able to help me." Katsuro said as he turn and walked a few steps before stopping to a halt. He didn't know why but he might as well get some more info. 'Whats you're origin?" he asked

Akantor just looking at him for a good while before laughing again as he though he was joking. "You're kidding me right boy!? Tell you what, if you can survive this upcoming fight i'll tell you more. But i'll tell you this, I'm a male." He said as he started to feel a little bit lose as he got onto his front feet. Shaking a little bit as the sand got in between his spikes on his back.

Katsuro smirked as he didn't really know what to say about that. "Hmpt! Sure, why not. You may not like where I'm going but it's in the mountains. I'll summon you when I feel the need too." Katsuro said as he walked tot eh direction to his city and out of this god forsaken desert.

Akantor sighed as he minuets passed and he finally felt his joints again. Shaking again from all that sand on him as he just look at the direction of where the Lycan left as another smoke trail came out of it's huge nose. "Pfft, I hate the cold weather." He said and burrowed itself within the ground and dug it's way to Pronta city.
