I miss going to parties gonk . I haven't gone to one in months (in about 3 months) and that used to be a while. Now it's not so much, but I still miss them.
The environment, the music, the friends, the "getting drunk and living up life", and most of all the fun. If anyone wants to talk about parties that they have gone to, that I have gone to, or just parties in general, then post it here.

Why haven't you been to one in a while?
I don't go to traditional teenage/young adult parties anymore because I don't drink, smoke or do drugs and I usually ended up being bored or just wanting to leave because I can't get down with that environment.
I have some adult friends though who throw a karaoke parties and although I don't sing, no one is getting drunk or anything so I can usually find someone else who doesn't sing and end up having a great conversation, lol. At one get together at a friends place we played games from 'Whose Line Is It Anyway'. That was so much fun. It was only 5-7 of us, but we had a good time. blaugh

I haven't been to one in a while because no one that I know has had them. And the person that used to have them hasn't been able to throw one.
The parties I go to usually consist of about 10-12 people at the most. It's young adults. 17-18+. Not that many people in their twenties. Most of the time it's like 8 people that are all close to each other. We drink and smoke hookah and that's about it. No drugs at all. Lots of music and fun. Sometimes we just chill and listen to music but I'm the one that's always doing something. I don't sit down that much. I make the party better and liven it up.
Not everyone drinks though. About 6 of us do. So we just have fun. Play nerf basketball (funny story behind that), chill, or just have fun.

Since when did 17-18 become young adults and stop being teenagers, lol. What's the story behind the nerf basketball?

Heliko pylori Since when did 17-18 become young adults and stop being teenagers, lol. What's the story behind the nerf basketball? I consider 17-18 young adults even though they end in -teen. Technically 18 is considered an adult. So it's the younger stages of adulthood, hence young adult. I'll just call those 17-18 pre-adults then I guess. But anyways the story is this. We got a game of horse going on one of those nerf basketball things that hook on the door and have a foam ball. So I already lost because at the time I was drinking, and was already drunk and didn't even try (it wouldn't have helped anyway). So the game went on and I looked at someone and was like hey let me see the ball, I want to do something. So they tossed me the ball. Instead of shooting I ran up and tried to dunk the ball. The ball hit the back of the hoop while in my hand flew out of my hand and I feel to the ground bringing the hoop with me. Everyone was laughing including me. I thought the ball went in but I was told otherwise. They put it back up and continued playing though

Nope the lesson is never under estimate me when I am drunk. Because I am random and when I do something it is the best part of the night.
