neutral Maybe some other people can clarify for me.
I know not to eat, high sodium, high fat, high sugar foods.
But carbohydrates are essential for energy for the body. But also it shouldn't be over eaten.
Protein is good for keeping muscles in tacked. But it doesn't provide energy like carbs do.
The natural sugars and essential vitamins in fruits are a necessity...

Unless you're trying to put yourself on a strict diet for some medical reason, then just take everything in moderation. Too much of any of it isn't good, but not enough of any of it isn't good either. I guess it would help if you knew what each did in the body so you could balance it out that way?

Well, I'm taking vitamins to supplement what I don't ingest in a day.
neutral I guess I'm sort of balanced with my five to six small meals and such, but there are times when I want to pig out. 3nodding Like right now. scream Who wants to go to all you can eat buffet?!

xd All you can eat buffet. I'm up for it! So long as it's not Chinese. blaugh
You're better than me. I can't stand taking my vitamins. I got the liquid because I have a hard time swallowing horse pills, but the liquid makes me want to barf. xp
