Despite being in a cave, Deimos actually found the pattering sound of rain very lulling. They weren't so far in that he couldn't smell the rain-soaked air outside, and that helped calmed him further. He was also quite away of the small, radiating warmth at his side.
"Thank me for what? All I did was speak my mind and scare a couple years from your life out of you with a dive. Hardly worth thanks."
Then, right before sleep came forward to fold Dei into folds of comforting and peaceful blackness, he stretched out one of his wings and covered Morana with it.
Not many got to see Daeva wings up close. Despite the size the bones and skin made it a lot lighter than it looked. Warmer too, with all the blood vessels running through it and hidden behind colored skin. The edge of bone and a sky-blue claw hit the ground so that it wasn't quite on Morana, but it provided enough cover that she wouldn't have to singe herself just to get warm in the chilly cavern.

Mora was taken aback by the gesture, not quite sure what to do. Then she relaxed, comfortable under his wings. The pattern reminded her of a starry night. 'Hehe, I'm going to sleep under a canopy of stars, without even leaving this cave' she thought to herself with a small smile
She rested her head on her paws, not quite sleepy enough to fully drift off, but enough to doze. Dei was already asleep beside her, at least that was what it looked like. Soon Mora was feeling sleep beckon her too. But before she heeded it's call she whispered:
"Thank you for being you"
