Recursion Roleplay Rules
1. Respect all of your fellow roleplayers and peers. We are all here to have fun, why should we argue.
2. If you have any issue with another RPer, take it to a crew member or a vice captain. Do not try to resolve issues by yourself. We will try to take care of this in civilized manner.
3. Any type of sexual content must NOT be seen on gaia. This includes posting the content/scene on:
-The Actual Thread
-Another Thread
-ZOMG
-Any Gaia Online Minigames
-PM

If you really want to do such a scene, you take it somewhere off Gaia. A crew member could arrange something of the sort if you need it. If you can't find another way, avoid it or time skip it.
4. Please avoid godmodding. This includes:
-Controlling another person's character
-Overpowering your character so that it is practically impossible for the other user not to do something
-Killing a character on the spot.

If you are inclined to try one of the above, avoid it or ask the person you will inflict the effect on.
5. Keep fowl language to a minimum.
6. Have fun and enjoy.

Post Style Scene System

We traditionally use Say, Whisper, Shout,and Think. In rare occasions where we have five scenes, we may use Ornate, but it is extremely rare. Document is traditionally used for informative posts, narrative posts, or Recap posts.

Due to how the post styles work, you won't be able to edit your post style after the post is made. However, we have a system in which you won't have to delete your post. All you have to do is put a certain amount of X's on the first line of your post. Here are the X codes:

Say: XXX
Whisper: X
Shout: XX
Think: XXXX
Ornate: XXXXX

Here is an example of someone who accidentally used the default say style when they meant the whisper style.
