Abilities: Both are well adverse in martial arts enough to defend themselves from common criminals, thugs, and heroes to a certain degree. They are both very intelligent with a high understanding of the human mind, how to control, enhance, block or stop thoughts using chemicals and technology. When it comes to teaming up however Jack is the better fighter while Rose is the best at strategy and covert action mostly waiting on her husband to fight.
Powers: None
Weapons/Gadgets: Jack and Rose both carry on them dozens of medications, and drugs ready to use at a moments notice. They also carry on them make shift guns that can shoot darts containing the drugs as well. Aside from that Jack carries a stun gun, surgical tools, shocking surgical blades, and a electrified boa staff. Rose carries on her lethal poison, and technology for hacking systems as well as first aid supplies.
Weaknesses - They both have ordinary human weakness including fatigue, illness ect.
Bio: Jack and Rose Summers met in high school where they pursued a relationship. Rose was a senior in high school while Jack was a freshman. After graduating Rose got a house of her own. Not even a year later Jack moved in leaving his family "Shocked". His parents death appearing to be an accident to no fault of their son. Despite his parents death he continued school graduating with honors. After graduating he asked Rose for her hand in marriage and she happily accepted.
After marriage they headed off to college. By the time they had gone through 2 years of Dakota U. together they quit, believing they could learn more about human nature, the mind, and biology by studying on their own.
Shorty after that their research became prime news as they used it to help cure the criminally insane. They gained lots of money for their research and many people came for their aid. Unfortunately the side effects of their 'cure' began to show. The patients died weeks after being cured and the only people left to blame for the failed experiments was the two lead scientists Jack and Rose Summers. The media also discovered that they had no licenses to perform the experiments which they did.
To avoid serving their time they went into hiding... That's when they had their 3 children. The first and oldest Kaira Summers (Kai) and the other two, twins named Sai and Senna Summers... all daughters. They continued their research, without neglecting their children. For awhile they kept their children with them while working letting them watch and see everything they were doing. But by the Time their kid's were old enough to be capable of taking care of themselves Jack and Rose Summers didn't hesitate to begin testing on them. Kai went through several tests herself, hear healing ability became obvious during many of the tests, while her sisters still had no powers. To test them further they made obstacle courses for their children to overcome, to push them to their limit further, while forcing them to self learn. Their oldest daughter Kai was able to be the first daughter to try and stand up, refuse their treatments. Rose felt horrible as a mother and Jack the same as a father, but instead of stopping they decided to take the testing a step further.
On Kai's 10th birthday Jack and Rose brought out special equipment for testing her. They carried her to a large training room. Jack persisted going towards his oldest daughter, and before he knew it she had taken one of his tools from him. He grabbed his struggling and squirming daughter. Rose attempted to help him. In moments their daughter stabbed the surgical instrument she took from Jack into his right leg. She ran over the course to a high set windows. Jack quickly pulled the instrument from his leg, grasping it in pain, he yelled to Rose to get Kai back, and so Rose ran towards her daughter being careful of her surroundings. She glanced up to her panicking daughter and tried calling her down lovingly. If it didn't work it would at least slow down their daughter. She started climbing up towards the windows and at that moment their daughter made the brash decision to jump from the 10th story window. Their daughter going through the bulletproof glass intangibly.
The two went outside as quickly as they could only to see a large black feather laying on the ground. They tried pursuing her to no evale. Since then they have fully gained control on their twin daughters, they have encountered their eldest daughter several times with no luck of capturing her. Since then they have been capturing criminals, among many other people, using their twin daughters Sai and Senna to collect things for them, while also keeping tabs on their daughter who recently became a vigilante by the name of Red Cardinal.
Their lives as of recently though being shaken up, has caused them to loose their twin daughters and the chance of finding Kai. They soon realized that they were in a new reality when they were offered a job to work at I.O. They accepted and have been continuing their work their ever since without interference from the government.
