Description
The Kyoukan kenjutsu style is one that encourages stealth and the art of surprise. Used by assassins and anbu black ops, the kenjutsu style was created to enhance assassination skills and offer an arsenal of stealthy attacks to leave the target not knowing what hit them.

Background
This style is a common type of kenjutsu used by assassins or anbu black ops members of villages. It has been passed down through the ages and has been used to overcome many great and unsuspecting leaders through silent assassinations.

Requirements & Rules
● Must have a sword of any kind.
● Must have the minimal skill in Kenjutsu at the very least.


Techniques

E Rank: Tejina [Sleight of Hand]
A trick-technique utilized to surprise unwary foes, the Shinobi utilized a variety of visually illusions to jab at a foe seemingly unarmed, only for a small weapon (Such as a Kunai), to suddenly flicker into their hands. Because of the sudden shift in the attack style, it attempts to catch the unwary foe off-guard and strike an easy blow.

D Rank: Kyokugi [Acrobatic Feet]
A technique whose basis is the "Walking" and "Climbing" techniques, Kyokugi is a technique practiced by those wishing to deftly cross the battlefield in a erratic and unpredictable manner. The user takes a familiar concept, drawing chakra into their feet. In this variation, however, rather then becoming adheisive or merely standing upon a surface, this form of the jutsu creates chakra "Springs" upon the soles, which project a user forward. This essentially allows the user to bounce across the battlefield in a rapid manner, either distracting a foe or merely getting across tedious obstacles.

D Rank: Tsukire [Moon Slice]
An attack where an enemy will rush an opponent, apparently trying to stab a foe, only to launch themselves over an enemy, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a foe's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise a foe, move behind them, and strike them from above.

C Rank: Shinjutsu [Acupuncture]
This technique is utilized by a Shinobi to improve their ability to strike at the specific points of an enemy's body, aiming at the nervous system in order to cut off the connection of the body part to the brain. Thus, disabling an enemy by striking at specific points. Utilizing projectiles or blades, the shinobi will coat it with chakra, aiming at an opponent's body in order to strike it in such a way, spreading the chakra into the body to cut off it's connection for a short time-period.

C Rank: Boushikibou [Hat Trick]
A technique that relies on chakra enhanced projectiles, the ninja will throw three knives, needles, or similar weapon at an opponent. The first shall be thrown normally, the next chakra-enhanced, the last containing an immense amount of force behind it. The purpose of this technique is to penetrate armors and defenses. The first blade shall strike the defense, the next pushing it further in, and the last striking it to push the blade in deeper, cracking bones if necessary. Each transfers their force to the next blade, surprising the enemy and breaking an opponent's defenses.

C Rank: Kagekamen [Shadow Mask]
This technique utilizes a cloak, robe, or some other form of clothing that is capable of covering the majority of the body. The user will cover the garment will chakra, utilizing it to alter the color to fit the landscape, much like a chameleon in order to hide themselves. Weapons, body parts outside of the garment, are not effected by this. This technique does not provide true invisibility, but merely camouflage. An object striking the altered garment will disrupt the technique, ending it.

B Rank: Bakuken [Bomb Fist]
The shinobi shall secretly place an explosive tag upon their hand, typically upon their palm in order to hide it when making a fist. Upon nearing a foe they will ignite the tag and strike an enemy, attacking them seconds before the explosion. They will cover they hand with chakra and push the energy forward, thus directing the majority of the explosion towards an enemy. They will take damage from their proximity to the blast but reduced, the majority of the force being projected towards an enemy.

B Rank: Sōshōryū [Twin Rising Dragons]
A technique that allows a ninja to manipulate several dozens of weapons by manipulating a string, sending chakra impulses in order to move the weapons in whatever manner he desires. This allows him to levitate and coordinate the weapons, surrounding a foe with them and slicing an enemy to pieces. The more weapons utilized, the stronger and more difficult this technique is to face. Requires strings of some sort to manipulate them.

B Rank: Ryuuchou no waza [Art of Flowing]
This technique is a jutsu that relaxes the body, the chakra soothing the muscle and relieving the stress and pain of the body. This causes the body to become lithe, responsive, and literately "Flow" around an opponent. It is not an increase in muscle force nor actually speed as much as it allows the user to remain calm and allow them to become precise, lessening by far-chance possible mistakes. As such this technique allows a shinobi to become closer to "Perfection", moving around a foes assault with the least amount of effort and striking with grace. Thus, their accuracy of blows and ability to dodge an enemies attacks are increased noticeably, ignoring weariness and wounds.

A Rank: Futarigoroshi [Double Murder]
A close-range technique that utilizes a sudden burst of chakra in order to simultaneously sabotage the brain and heart at once. The ninja will charge a blade with an immense amount of chakra, stabbing into an opponent's body. That malevolent energy will then spread through the body via the bloodstream, entering both the heart and the brain, causing both to under take an immense amount of trauma, causing a heart attack as well as damaging brain cells of the foe. Because of this, even if they survive the heart trauma, they will take unrepairable damage to their psyche.

Shigure Soen Ryu - One Man Sword Art

Description
"It is a sword technique that is called the "One Man Sword Style" for several reasons. This technique originated with one man, and like a family tree, it grew. As the technique was passed down, the more the tree grew. It is common for a generation to add a new form to the Shigure Soen. This is a sword style that varies, depending on who your master was. Thus, there could be many different variations of the Shigure Soen Style. The Shigure Soen Style is a notoriously deadly sword style that is only passed down to worthy successors. Each 'form' of the style is only shown once to the student - if the student is worthy to succeed, he only needs to see it once to remember how to use it from then on. It originally only had one form that was passed down through generations of successors with each successor creating and adding their own forms resulting in many branches of Shigure Soen Style. However, as new forms were created, the weaker branches deteriorate, and others disappear as there is no worthy successor; hence, this style can be called the perfect, flawless style."

● Kenjutsu SP must be at least "10".

Techniques
E Rank: Kamae [Stance]
A simple technique, in which consists of the user positioning the sword in front of them.

C Rank: Mūnsuteppu [Moon Step]
The user utilizes chakra into their footing and kicks the air to jump higher, giving the appearance of flight. It is useful for evading attacks while in midair.

C Rank: Suiryoku [Thrust]
The user charges forward and thrusts his/her blade multiple times with one hand.

C Rank: Kuikkugeiru [Quick Gale]
The user lifts his/her sword and slashes in a quick succession, in which would uproot an entire tree.

C Rank: Mamoru [Protect]
The user holds the sword backwards and spins to create a whirlwind like shield. It's able defend against B-rank and below even though it's C-Rank.

B Rank: Misuterīsekando [Mystery Second]
The user attacks the target. At the end, a mysterious two slashes is executed. Can only be used when the enemy has his/her guard down.

B Rank: Misuterī daisan [Mystery Third]
The user attacks the target. At the end, a mysterious three slashes is executed. Can only be used when the enemy has his/her guard down.

A Rank: Kami surasshu [Divine Slash]
In the Kami surasshu stance, the user holds the sword behind them, then performs a single powerful slash. This can uproot hard material such as iron and steel.

A Rank: Ea haretsu [Air Rupture]
The user attacks in a rapid fashion, in which creating highly compressed air as a projectile.

A Rank: Ea haretsu, Āku [Air Rupture, Arc]
The user creates a large, powerful air rupture in the shape of a swirl, which is launched at the enemy like a razor blade.

S Rank: Ea haretsu, Famirītsurīāto [Family Tree Art: Air Destruction]
The user attacks in a rapid fashion, in which creating a large compressed air pillar-like projectile. It appears to cut the air in a larger area.

Description

Techniques
E Rank: Seien Sutansu [Blue Swallow Stance]
A simple technique, in which consists of the user placing the sword in front of him/her. This is a real life technique as well. It balances the body, positioning it an steady idol. As a result, handling the sword heightens to swifter and quicker terms.

E Rank: Mūnsuteppu [Moon Step]
The user utilizes chakra into their footing and kicks the air to jump higher, giving the appearance of flight. It is useful for evading attacks while in midair.

E Rank: Mūnsuteppu [Flicker Step]
The user utilizes chakra into their footing and moves in a blurry fashion.
Limit: Must know Mūnsuteppu.

C Rank: Banme no fōmu: Suiryoku [First Form: Decision]
The user slashes diagonally but in midway he drops the sword, switching hands, before finishing the attack.

C Rank: Banme no fōmu: Suiryoku [Second Form: Thrust]
The user charges forward and attacks with a thrust to impale a target.
Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu

C Rank: Sādo no fōmu: Fangu [Third Form: Fang]
The user lifts his/her sword and diagonally slashes in a quick succession, in which would uproot an entire tree or tear away water in front of them.
Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu

C Rank: Daishi no fōmu: Mamoru [Fourth Form: Protect]
The user holds the sword backwards and spins to create a whirlwind like shield. It's able defend against B-rank and below even though it's C-Rank.
Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu

C Rank: Fifusu no fōmu: Pointo [Fifth Form: Point]
The user drops the katana, kicking it with his foot, to send it flying in a stab.
Limit: Can only be used when target has their guard down. Must know Seien Sutansu

B Rank: Shikkusu no fōmu: Tsutomeru [Sixth Form: Strive]
Whilst performing this technique, the user's sword or swords becomes coated with a large amount of chakra. The chakra molds into the image of swallow. It enables the sword to attack with amazing speed and strength.
Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu. 7.5+ Strength and Speed.

B Rank: Sebunsu no fōmu: Fukusei [Seventh Form: Duplicate]
The user makes a tidal wave with his sword and, while his opponent is distracted by his reflection, he attacks from above.
Limit: Must be near water. Must know Seien Sutansu.

B Rank: Hachi no fōmu: Ea haretsu [Eighth Form: Air Rupture]
The user attacks in a rapid fashion, in which firing multiple compressed airwaves which can cut the enemy into pieces.
Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu.

B Rank: Kyū no fōmu: Kami surasshu [Ninth Form: Divine Slash]
In the Kami surasshu stance, the user holds the sword behind them, then performs a single powerful slash. It sends off gusts of sharp air after the melee attack is finished. This can uproot hard material such as iron and steel.
Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu.

The Junatsu Guardian Style

This is the Junatsu Family Kenjutsu style that is meant for Defensive purposes, it however can sometimes seem unpredictable and odd during battle. The User of this style has put their body through intense training and beaten their own body senseless during such. Making their body more durable to damage along with giving them a better sense of Balance. This style has been taught to many and has been adapted by each User of it. When used in combination with the Kamisori blade it has strong potential.

Background
This Style has been used by the Junatsu family for Generations, it has also been taught to many great Clans over the years but it has died down with so many of the Junatsus clan passing on due to Disease and the many wars that have been fought. This style has barely any known Masters other than those in the family itself. But it is a rather easily learned Kenjutsu.

Requirements & Rules
● Weapon must be Specialty.
● Must have Chunin Level Kenjutsu Skill.
● Must have Chunin Level Strength.
● Must own a sword.

Techniques

D-Rank Passive|Ittoryu: The User has been trained to use a Sword. And is able to use 1 sword without putting any effort behind their attacks while still doing devastating amounts of damage depending on their strength and skill in using Kenjutsu.


D-Rank Passive|Nitoryu: A special style of Guardian Style, it is similar to Ittoryu except the user can now effectively wield two swords instead of one. And the users Speed replaces their strength when attacking. So the User needs to be fast if they have this Kenjutsu style.
Requirements:Ittoryu,15 Speed

Passive E-Rank|Battōsai:This technique deals specifically with the rapid drawing and sheathing of a sword,which means the greater drawing speed gives a swordsman more of an advantage in combat than an opponent whose speed is inferior.
Requirements:15 Speed

D-Rank| Balanced Mind: A technique that allows the user to take a deep breath and calm his mind in a manner of seconds and allow him/her to focus on the Envirement around them. The Shinobi who knows this is also granted a more effective grasp on Academy Jutsu due to having better focus for their Mind and Chakra.

D_Rank| Samurai Strike: A technique that allows the user to understand the flow of the air around them, and use a powerful strike that could flow with the wind gaining a better grasp on the users strength without limitations from the air around them.

C-Rank|Shirahadori:A defensive move in which the user grasps of catches an enemy's blade with his bare hands, shirahadori is a difficult and acquired skill, but is also the only move shared between all five hundred schools of kenjutsu, the Junatsus are one of these.

C-Rank|Inhibator:The attack is a counter attack, the user waits for an attack in the manner of a thrusting motion, or a cutting motion. the user swings their blade in and smacks the opponents attack from the inside, this pushes the attack out of the way, the user then steps in bending their arm and swinging their elbow across, once that motion is complete they quickly snap the arm out and drive the back end of the handle behind the back side of the hand into the opponent in a designated area, most effective placed on the head. Can only be used 3 times in battle.

C-Rank|160 Degree Guard: This technique must be used right after Balanced Mind, the user takes a Defensive looking stance that gives them a limited amount of room making it very difficult to break the Users Guard. In this Stance the user gains somewhat of more reaction time to opponents attacks that are coming at him, along with giving him or her range for defending themself using their sword.

B-Rank| Shatter: The moment before the user is hit with a powerful blow while using 160 Degree Guard, this technique allows the user to counter attack WHILE STILL TAKING THE DAMAGE FROM THE ENEMIES ATTACK. The User unleases a Powerful blow using the damage from their strength and the enemies attack to fuel their own attack. Sometimes seen in the form of a Spin attack. (Raises the Users Strength by 1 Rank for this one attack.)

A-Rank| Wind Tear: User swings their sword with heavy force, projecting chakra empowered air slashes in wide arcs. The arc is projected as a wide energy slash that tears through many structures and people. The power of the Wind Tear depends on the user's own strength and if they are too weak it will be a sickly trickle of slashes, but at extreme power it is a force to be reckoned with.
Requirements: MUST have Futon as their element, and Must know at least 4 Guardian Style Techniques. Must have Full Chakra

The Art of the Flying Swords

Description
The Art of the Flying Swords is a style of fighting used to give the Kenjutsu user an even wider range, both in distance and in ways to attack. It was created by the Samurai of the Land of Iron, of course, being masters of wielding chakra in their blades. Each of the five blades has to have 5 CP of the user's chakra [-25 chakra when using the style] within it in order to be for it to fly and for the style to be useful in combat. As the user progresses in this manner of fighting, their ability to attack from different directions and different speeds makes it a force to be reckoned with.

Background
The style was first created by a nameless Samurai in the Land of Iron who sought to widen his own range of fighting, as it wasn't always possible to get within sword range of an opponent, even with the use of chakra-enhanced blades. In order to do so, he crafted five special blades that, when activated with the use of chakra, would move wherever the user willed them to go by simply manipulating his/her own chakra within each blade. Over the years, the art was kept within the Land of Iron, but a few travelling Samurai taught the style of fighting to those they deemed worthy.

Requirements & Rules
● Must have Flying Swords created in the Custom Weapon's Thread.
Gennin - 2 Flying Sword Limit
Chuunin - 3 [Sp. Jounin recieve the same as Chuunin]

Satoosa/Kage - 5
● Must be of the Kenjutsu Profession.
● Must have a Kenjutsu Skill of 15 or more.
● Must learn each technique in the order they are listed. None is to be left out or the next technique cannot be learned.

Techniques *Note, the blades move at the speed of the user unless stated otherwise by the technique.

Blade Runner [C-Rank] - The user manipulates the chakra within their blades and pulls them on all sides of himself/herself [one to the right, one to the left, one to the front, one to the back and one above the head]. Then, at rapid speeds, the swords begin to rotate, protecting the body of the user while attacking anything that comes to close.

Blade Wall [C-Rank] - At the snap of their fingers, the user calls their blades to form an asterisk in front of them. Then, with the chakra inside of them, they create a wall the size of the user's body meant to protect from Ninjutsu of the same rank as the technique.

Ambush [C-Rank] - The user seemingly sends his blades off, each flying in a different direction. For the next post, the fighting continues as normal. However, at the snap of the user's fingers, each blade comes rushing back to the user's position, impaling anything in its way if not properly dodged. This technique is meant to harm opponent's within close vicinity of the user.

Blade Substitution [C-Rank] - Using the chakra within the blades, the user performs one handseal and substitutes with the blade of their choosing.

Pursuit [B-Rank] - For two posts, the blades remain unmoving, simply floating beside the user. When the waiting time is over, though, the blades begin to move at the opponent. For the next three posts, the blades continuously assault the target. The technique is used to keep the opponent off guard while the user focuses on other things. They follow the target's chakra signature.

Iron Assault [B-Rank] - To be used in conjunction with Blade Runner. Each of the blades, at the will of the user, begins to slash outward, extending the range of the Blade Runner. The technique is meant to be used when the opponent is just outside of what they percieve as the attack range.

Thunderstorm [A-Rank] - With the snap of their fingers, the user sends their blades high into the sky. Then, a post later, the user releases control of the blades and they begin to fall back to the earth. As they're nearing the ground, the user takes control of them once more and aims them at the opponent. Because they have been freefalling, their speed has increased incredibly, making them harder to control. As a result, if the opponent has moved substantially from where they stood when the blades went up then the user will be unable to hit the target and the blades will just hit the ground.

Undertaker [S-Rank] - For one post, the blades slam into the dirt and tunnel their way beneath it, their sharpness enhanced by the chakra within them. Then, when the waiting post is over, the blades shoot up from beneath the user in an attempt to impale them from an unseen place.

Sword Pistol [SS Rank][Fuuton Element required] - To be used in conjunction with Blade Runner. As the blades spin on all sides of the user, they bathe the swords in their Fuuton chakra. Then, at the snap of the user's fingers, one by one, the blades shoot forward at the opponent, their speed and sharpness nearly doubled by the Fuuton chakra.

The Sting of the Bumblebee

Description

A style that looks similar to a hip-hop dance, the Sting of the Bumblebee is a style meant to overwhelm opponents and keep them on the defensive. Because of the different positions in which blades are held, it requires extreme flexibility. That same flexibility allows the user to attack from various directions with different amounts of force. Certain “special characteristics” as well as Raiton can be inserted in certain movements and techniques within the style, furthering its danger toward opponents.

Background

A sword style that was developed in Kumogakure long ago, The Sting of the Bumblebee was used to overwhelm opponents with the array of swords as well as the distractions caused by having to pay attention to multiple blades. The sword style, once witnessed by Shinobi that survived its wrath, quickly spread across the Shinobi World. However, very few are capable of mastering it in its final stages.

Requirements & Rules
● Kenjutsu SP level of 20.
● 2 Blades for the Gennin techniques.
4 Blades for the Chuunin techniques
6 Blades for the Jounin techniques
7 Blades for the Satoosa techniques
● Shinobi Specialization of Speed or Weapon
● 500 Word Flexibility Training before learning any of the style’s techniques.
● Sword Stance techniques required before learning any style techniques of that rank.

Techniques

Two-Sword Stance [D-Rank] - The Two-Sword Stance is simply the technique that allows the user to properly carry two blades in their joints; one in the right elbow joint and one in the left elbow joint. Once it is learned, it becomes passive.

Rotation [D-Rank] - In close range, the user releases one of their blades while rotating. This causes the blade to spin in mid-air while the user continues their assault. At the last minute, they grab the blade once more and strike with it. This technique is mainly used as a means of distracting the opponent with the ever-present threat of the spinning blade.

Sword Throw [D-Rank] - As simple as the name suggests. The user, while closing in on the user, launches one [or more, depending on the number of swords they’re wielding at the time] blade at the enemy. The blade in itself is dangerous if it hits the opponent, while they also have to worry about the user closing the distance.

Four-Sword Stance [C-Rank] - Just like the Two-Sword Stance, except at this point, the user has added two extra blades. One in the mouth and one that lies across their stomach.

Lock Breaker [C-Rank] - While locking blades with the opponent, the user twists their body in order to reposition himself/herself beside the target, and then strikes with the remainder of their blades. Because they’re still locking blades with the user, dodging is very difficult for the opponent.

Sword Pick-Up [C-Rank] - A technique more for convenience than battle, the user has become so used to using the style that, when coming across a blade, they can immediately incorporate it into the style. However, if they’re already carrying seven blades at the time, then they can only use the blade they picked up to incorporate into one technique before having to release it.

Airstrike [C-Rank] - To be used in conjunction with Rotation. While four to five of their blades are in rotation, the user performs a handstand upon the hilt of one of the remaining two blades and launches himself/herself into the air above the opponent. With their remaining sword, the user strikes from the air above the target.

Six-Sword Stance [A-Rank] - At this point, two more blades have been added. One in the left armpit and the other in the joint of the right leg.

Sword Kick [A-Rank] - With the twist of their body, the user handstands on one of their blades while performing a kick with their right leg. Not only is the kick painful, but if the opponent attempts to dodge they also have to account for the range of the blade in the right knee joint. Because the force of the kick is coming from the bodily rotation and not the muscle in the leg, the user doesn't have to straight their leg into a kicking fashion and can continue to hold the sword in their knee joint.

Sword Cutter [A-Rank] - *Raiton is required for this technique.
Unlike the other techniques of the style, this one is based upon the user and the opponent’s skill with Kenjutsu. It is a do-or die technique. Channeling their Raiton chakra into the blade, the user gives it extra cutting power. If their blade makes contact with any of the opponent’s weapons and their Kenjutsu SP at the moment is higher than that of the opponent, then they will begin to cut through the opponent’s weapon. If the opponent’s Kenjutsu is higher, though, it will immediately shatter the user’s weapon.

Note, it takes an entire post of contact between the weapons for the user’s blade to fully cut through the opponent’s.

Seven-Sword Stance – The Wheel of Death [S-Rank] - The pinnacle of mastery over the Sting of the Bumblebee style. The final blade is added between the shoulder and the neck of the user and their movements essentially become like a living wheel of death.

Seven and a Tail [S-Rank – *Must be a Jinchurriki that has mastery over their Tailed-Beast. Seven and a Tail is equivalent to the Seven-Sword Stance, except the Jinchurriki forms a single tail that defends the back of the user.

Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee [S-Rank] -
*Raiton is required for this technique.
*Must have a Kenjutsu level of 30.
The absolute final technique of the Sting of the Bumblebee style. First, the user coats each of their blades in their Raiton chakra. However, it is a very small amount in order to stun the opponent and not completely shock them. Then they strike. If the opponent takes even a single knick from the blades of the user then the body part hit will remain unmovable for 3 posts. If the same body part is continuously struck, the post amount will continue to stack.

Description
This Kenjutsu style is one that uses knives to their full extent. Most of the techniques are towards knocking the weapon from the others hands in order to render them unable to defend themselves. This was practiced mostly in Kusagakure, but has spread through some of the world. Still, it is a very unpracticed art.

Background
Sobagai Deba Sentou was created by a shinobi who was in disguise as a kitchen maid during a mission. Unable to carry weapons because of the chance of suspicion, the shinobi learned how to use knives like any other weapon in order to help her protect herself.

Requirements & Rules
● Must have a speed of at least 10 SP
● Must only use knives
● Techniques cannot be learned with anything bigger than a small Tanto.

Techniques

Countering Technique: Upward Repel ~ E-rank
When the enemy attack closes in, the user will repel with the knife with an upward slashing motion. This upward repel may have enough exerting force to startle or offset the enemy.

Trick Technique: Change of Hands ~ E-rank
During any freestyle form of vertical or horizontal slashes, the user will perform a simple pass, switching their knife from one hand to the other.

Offensive Technique: Assisted Jab ~ D-rank
Channeling chakra into the wielding hand, the user will stab with the hilt of his blade. The end result is a powerful blunt jab that can wind the target if it connects correctly. .

Offensive Technique: Swift Dart ~ D-rank
Channeling chakra to his hand, then the knife, the user tosses his blade at a decently increased speed, while the chakra causes it to pierce the air.

Trick Technique: Kneecap Surprise ~ C-rank
The user will begin by performing a simple combination of horizontal slashes, often ending in [ Change of Hands. ] At any point during this chain of cuts, the user will steady their movement, and rather than continue with their previous slashes, flip and toss the knife into the opponent's leg. Often stabbing into the kneecap, or busting it with a powerful hilt impact.

Countering Technique: Back Repels ~ C-rank
A hasty knife repel mainly used to confuse the enemy. After an attack has been parried upward, the user will throw his knife upward, meanwhile spinning around the enemy's side to get into position to catch the knife as it falls

Trick Technique: Dirty Reflection ~ C-rank
Given proper conditions, the user will angle their knife as to reflect sunlight into the enemy's eyes. Although it seems like a meager act that anyone could do, this training is solely for the purpose of precision- teaching the user how to tilt their blade in such a way as to reflect a focused amount of light.

Offensive Technique: Vital Poke ~ C-rank
The user builds up chakra in a freehand, then surges it to the finger tips of the same hand, causing a very thin and short ranged aura to form. From here, the user will attempt to poke the target in the stomach, chest, upper arm, or upper leg. If connection is properly made, the opponent will feel as though they have just been internally stabbed. Although contact at the stomach or chest causes more damage, a solid stab to the arm or leg can cripple the opponent's usage of said limb.

Disrupting Technique: Tingling Elbow ~ B-rank
After breaking through an opponent's defense, using a knife to parry, the user will deliver a powerful chakra-enhanced elbow strike to their head or sternum. As the elbow makes contact with the target, the built up chakra will be dispersed all at once- rushing to certain muscles to momentarily disrupt them. For a short amount of time, the opponent will then be unable to move their limbs, no matter what signals the brain gives to them.

Offensive Technique: Cutting and Crumbling ~ A-rank
A quick technique in which the user draws their knife close to their wrist, then closes the distance with their target, and attempts to deliver two powerful blows to the enemy's sides. The user will perform horizontal chops inward on the enemy, the two blows together resulting in a good amount of external damage.

Trick Technique: Knife Punt ~ S-rank
A very tricky yet powerful attack that can often end a fight on the spot. After dropping an enemy's defenses, often by parrying one of their attacks, the user will drop his knife. As the knife drops, the practitioner will time a kick in order to punt the knife upward- back into the opponent's exposed body. If truly successful, the knife will typically end up somewhere in the head of the enemy.

Disrupting Technique: Severe Acupuncture ~ SS-rank
The user forms a powerful chakra aura around a knife, causing it to become lost in a haze, no longer appearing as an object, merely a flaming sharp shape in the user's hand. From here, the user will attempt to deliver a powerful hilt slam to one of the target's limbs. If contact is made with an arm or leg, it will cause said limb to go limp. However, if contact is made with the head, it will send a powerful surge throughout the body that renders the target immobile for some time. (2 - 4 posts)

Kyoukan Ya happens to be one of the few existing arrow techniques utilized by the shinobi world, as it makes use of tricks and variability in its arts,
meant to take down its foes from a distance. Most practitioners of the Assassin's Arrow tend to be killers from the shadows, the true masters of this style are rarely ever detected on the field of battle until it is too late.

Background
The foundation of this style dates back before the sage of the six paths. Before shinobi were a regular occurrence wars were waged with sword and bow. Bowman of this era did not possess the ability to mold and manipulate chakra so their precision had to be even sharper than their soon to be descendants. As this ability to use chakra began to sweep across the world only a few held on to the ancient style of bow and arrow. These elite began to integrate their new found chakra abilities into their long held archery skills. This combination of old and new created a style that while maintained by only a few, proved to be exceedingly powerful and deadly. Users of this technique soon became prized for their impressive combination of stealth and efficiency when it came to completing their missions. Some masters of this style even boasted about being able to hit any target within their range, regardless of line of sight or even movement of the target.

● Users must be of a more fragile build (cannot be extremely muscular)
● Users must be either bloodline or kenjutsu class.

Description: The user utilizes their chakra to make their arrow turn once in the air gradually. This effect is immediate, and the arc will be noticed quite quickly.

Sidewinder

Description: A technique to defeat walls in the user's way, where they apply chakra to coerce a more fierce arc in the arrow to move around the side of the wall.

Trip Wire
Rank: C

Description: Attaching a line to the user's arrow, they send their arrow flying into one location, and attach the other side of the line to a nearby anchor of some sort.

Rocket Bolt
Rank: C

Description: The user applies their chakra to their arrow, and when it's sent off through the air, the chakra is used to provide extra thrust, because of this, there's little flexibility in its flight, but it's speed is doubled.

Cluster Training

Description: At this point in time, the user will practice firing multiple arrows at one time from their bow.
• Once learned this is treated as a passive. The user can fire a maximum of 4 arrows at once (an additional 150 words is required for each number of arrows after the first training, 650 total to fire four at once accurately).

Assasin's Step
Rank: B Training (500 words)

Description: By now the user has been moving with his/her bow and practicing the art of moving the shadows so much that they can move silently. Users are much better at remaining concealed, and will very rarely be heard doing anything. Shinobi possessing this skill will only likely be heard in times of extreme duress or injury, only a sensory ninja, or one with a special kekkei genkai could hope to detect these shinobi easily. (This of course does have its limits, obviously if the shinobi is out in the open this doesn't apply, and shinobi of considerably higher rank will be able to detect them without too much difficulty).

Bomb Arrow
Rank: C Training (250 words

Description: The user goes through a process prior to battle to create detonating arrows, by attaching an exploding note to the arrow carefully and camouflaging it to appear as a normal shaft yet. The enemy is in for a surprise when the user chooses to detonate the seemingly normal arrows for an explosion. The area of the explosion is slightly smaller than that of a typical explosive tag. The main area of the blast is going to be about a 3 foot radius, another 2 feet beyond that could be at risk due to the shrapnel from the arrows, but otherwise opponents would be safe.
• Once learned this is treated as a passive as long as the user possesses explosive notes.

Seekers
Rank: B :

Description: Applying chakra in a way to match the enemy's base chakra signatures, the seeker arrows are far more flexible in their movement, tracking the enemy much like a homing arrow. Depending on the arrow type, the enemy is in for quite a blitz. The user must have the same chakra signature as the enemy, both katon users, etc. or must have a way of marking them with their own chakra (either by physical touch or another means).

Pincer Arrows
Rank: B

Description: Utilizing two arrows, the user applies their chakra to the both of them, to have them arc in two different directions, attacking the enemy from two sides.

Restraint Shot
Rank: B

Description: Drawing four arrows on one's bow, the user connects them in a seemingly simple way, so that they might appear loosely connected. Little does the enemy know, the truth is the arrows are connected in a more complicated way than they could have guessed, forming a net made of chakra to pin the enemy against a surface. After one post the threads will disappear allowing for escape.
• Elemental chakra of all kinds may be applied for additional effects, as long as the user actually posses said elements.

Eagle Eye
Rank: A Training/Passive

Description: Due to the great deal of repetition and practice the shinobi has had at this point their sense of sight has become slightly heightened. Not in the sense that they can see further, but in the sense that they can judge the distance and movements of their targets much easier. Upon reaching this point shinobi can somewhat predict the movements of their targets a few moments after having lost sight of them and can judge their location much better making it so the aiming takes much less time than previously. The user can judge targets not moving accurately at up to 400 yards, but can only accurately judge targets at around 250.

Flick Draw
Rank: A

Description: Building upon the basics of earlier techniques, the user remains seemingly casual. The user appears unable to fire their bow, not in hand, or at the ready. Not even an arrow in their hand. With blinding speed, the user proves they aren't as unable to fire as they seem, with an arrow launched in the surprise, it's hard to avoid!

Bore Bolt
Rank: A

Description: The user learns to fire off an arrow with a surprising skill. The rotation of the arrow is increased, providing for extra piercing capabilities, able to pierce through stone with ease. With a certain chakra type, the user is capable of sending the arrow off with enough force to create a localized area of impact, symbolized in stone with a small "crater" an inch across.



Cripple
Rank: A

Description: The user applies chakra in a unique manner, as they fire the arrow. Sacrificing its usual piercing capabilities, the chakra will form a blunt head of sorts. As a result the arrow will make contact, but it will not pierce the flesh. Rather, the arrow itself will be crushed against the chakra, and the force will be transferred into the hit location, as if the enemy has been struck by hammer, leaving bruising at the least, and possible breakage at the most.

Sun Spot
Rank: A

Description: The user harnesses their chakra into one localized spot, on the tip of their index finger, and when they fire their arrow, the chakra is released in a blinding burst to provide cover for the arrow, while it soars to strike the enemy.

Death Murmur
Rank: A

Description: The user applies their chakra to the arrow they are firing, yet it appears as if the chakra isn't doing anything. Upon impact into the enemy, the user forms a ninja seal, and the chakra becomes active, creating barbs to keep the arrow head embedded into the enemy.
• Only three murmur arrows may be activated at any time.
• Barbs remain active for three posts.


Shatter Shot
Rank: S Training (200 additional words)

Description: A third type of arrow the user is taught in the Kyoukan Ya skills. The user is taught the method to inserting what is similar to an exploding note into the core of the arrow's shaft, and how to cut the arrow to still fly true. This arrow is then detonated by the user premature to impact causing it to splinter sending shrapnel out towards the enemy in a cone shape towards the enemy. Due to the speed of the arrow, and the placement of the exploding not, the pieces of the arrow after detonation will be traveling at break neck pace allowing for a surprising amount of penetration. Only one arrow can be fire like this at a time. Since the arrow does not explode in all directions, but mostly forward, the explosion is like a cone with a maximum radius of 5 feet. The actual radius is dependent on when the arrow is detonated in relation to its target, closer detonations create a more concentrated explosion sacrificing a wider area of effect for a more concentrated one.
• Requires 30 chakra to activate the "fuse" of each arrow.

Nature Siphon
Rank: S (S to learn, B-S when being used, differing amounts of chakra can be placed into the arrows)

Description: A technique which allows the user to create elemental arrows of sorts, depending on their chakra natures. What makes this technique most useful is the fact that it allows the user to create arrows quickly if they have run out. These arrows also can take a slight advantage depending on the element they are given, fuuton arrows will travel further and faster, suuton arrows will have increased cutting potential, katon arrows will cause burns and explode upon impact, raiton arrows can cause paralysis and depending on the object they impact be conducted to other objects, and doton arrows are much heavier allowing for increased penetration and force. The user can only apply elemental affinities they have.

Description
The Sound Art technique is a special type of kenjutsu that is learned only by the shinobi of Otogakure no Sato.

Background
With the manipulation of sound through chakra, the Sound Ninja have created different types of techniques that can cause physical harm to their opponents internally and externally. In the past, some of the Sound Art was only usable through modifications to the body of the user. This practice has been improved, and the rates of success much more high. The use of instruments and special gear was also incorporated into this fighting style long ago, and is still used to this day.

Requirements & Rules
● . The user must be an Otogakure ninja, or have blood ties to Otogakure
● Sound jutsu makes use of one's own vocal chords, as well as special tools that produce sound waves, such as instruments or specialized equipment.
● If planning on using certain jutsu/style, you must apply for the body modifications or special instrument in the weapon creation thread.
● Currently Approved Instrument Classes: Flutes/Harps/Horns/Drums
● Currently Approved Body-Mod Classes: Finger Pipes/Palm Pipes/Sound Cannons
● You can only use the jutsu that your equipment is specialized in, so no using sound blasts for flutes.
● . Be specific on your weapon/instrument's looks and qualities. This does not affect the abilities it can use.
● . More abilities to be added as more instruments and tools are created.

● Vocal Training is a requirement to use the voice/throat as a weapon. Chakra is used to strengthen your vocal chords so they do not rupture upon using the abilities related to it.

Techniques
E~S Rank - Ventriloquism; Class: Voice
With the use of chakra applied to the vocal chords, the user is able to throw their voice to a length of 25 ft. This jutsu is used as a diversionary tactic, whether to escape from an opponent, or set up an ambush. Each rank goes up 5 ft, with a max of 50 ft.

E~B Rank - Sound Bullet; Class: Finger Pipes
By infusing the fingers with chakra, tube-like devices that were implanted into the fingers fires a concentrated bullet of sound, which becomes a projectile force, that flies at the enemy at the speed of sound. The lowers rank will only hit the skin, causing the victim to be winded, while the highest rank will pierce through and cause internal damage.

D~S Rank - Wail; Class: Voice
By applying chakra to the vocal chords, the user screams out, covering a five ft radius around themselves.This is a defensive jutsu reflects oncoming attacks such as projectiles. At B-S ranks, it is able to harm the hearing of anyone, friend or foe, within range. While the person suffers from temporary hearing loss for two posts after being hit, they are more susceptible to other attacks. Each rank up increases the radius by 5 ft.

C Rank - Sound Stream; Class: Palm Pipe
By gathering chakra along the arms of the user, sound waves move along their arms, moving towards the palm of the hand, to where concentrated steams of chakra-infused sound waves rush out. This move can be used defensively, such as holding off attacks, or offensively, by knocking back opponents. The manner to which this move is used require the user to have small sound emitting devices attached to their hands by gloves, or in more extreme cases, surgically.

B Rank - Scream; Class: Voice
By applying chakra to the vocal chords, the user is able to scream out concentrated sound waves in a cylindrical stream up to 50 ft. Those who are in the path of the stream are caused hearing damage that messes with their sense of hearing and vision for two posts, making them much easier to attack for two posts.

B-A Rank - Sound Pulse; Class: Horns/Sound Cannons
Through chakra infusion, the user creates a burst of sound that travels at the speed of sound, and able to break stone. At higher levels, it is able to warp metal from the impact. The blast of sound is more focused when withing 5 ft, causing critical damage, while firing from a distance of 35 ft causes moderate damage.

A Rank - Song of Discord; Class: Voice/Most Instruments
With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, the melody they sing or play on an instrument they carry will cause those who hear it within a 75 ft radius to become confused for two posts, thinking their allies are the enemy.

A Rank - Song of Rage; Class: Voice/Most Instruments
With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, the melody they sing or play will cause an ally within a 75 ft radius to become infused with pure rage, making their attacks more vicious for two posts. The drawback is that this hinders their judgement, and can leave them open to attacks from behind.

S Rank - Lullaby; Class: Voice/Most Instruments
With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, they sing or play a melody that is a soft lilting tune, that is able to put those within a 75 ft radius of them asleep for 1 post. This is good for ambushing enemies.

S Rank - Shriek; Class: Voice
A much more powerful version of the Wail and Scream jutsus, Shriek fires a concentrated stream of sound waves that is so powerful that other can see it visually. The driving force behind this move is strong enough to level a stone wall, and goes a distance of 100 ft in front of the user in a straight line.
