 FUUTON Ninjutsu (忍術; Literally meaning "Ninja Techniques"), is a term referring to almost any technique which allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing.
Below you will find a list of Various Fuuton (Wind) Style techniques/Jutsu. They Range anywhere from E Ranked Jutsu, all the way up to S Ranked, and Hiden Techniques.

E Rank - Fuuton: Kaze Saiku [Wind Release: Wind Trick]
After forming a few handseals and concentrating chakra in the users mouth the user blows air through his mouth and exerts chakra. The result is a steady stream of air coming from the user's mouth. This technique works fairly well when trying to blow at someone's hair or simply have them smell your bad breath.

D Rank - Fuuton: Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu [Wind Clone Technique]
This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes wind to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Kaze Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a blast of wind.
D Rank - Fuuton: Naishoubanashi Kaze no Jutsu [Wind Release: Whispering Wind Technique]
The user whispers a maximum of ten words and uses fuuton chakra to carry those words to someone. The slight breeze will head the target's way, and when it reaches them, will deliver the message in a voice only audible to the target.
D Rank - Fuuatsu Sashitsukae [Wind Release: Wind Pressure Impediment]
The user goes through a relatively long series of handseals, and then places his palms flat on the ground. He then guides his Fuuton chakra through the soil and creates cavities of high pressured air between him and his opponent. As a result, if anyone steps on those hollow spaces, their balance is disrupted and they blow up with enough force to startle or trip them and create an opening.
D Rank - Fuuton: Kaze no Purusu Kougeki [Wind Release: Wind Pulse Attack]
The user performs a few handseals first, and then inhales thoroughly. Afterward, Fuuton chakra aids the user to exhale and shoot out small pulses of wind bullets from their mouth. The projectiles are a few inches big and have a light green color. Though they're nothing serious, they can be quite annoying pain, especially when aimed at the face or upper limbs.
D Rank - Stop
Description: When the need arises the user can burst Fuuton chakra from their body in order to stop their movement completely in all directions or even just one. This can stop you from moving momentarily while falling, or even catch an enemy shinobi off guard as they blast past you while in pursuit.
D Rank - Fuuton: Torikkuyashi [Wind Release: Trick Palm]
The user hides a weapon in their sleeve, Long Sleeves, and upon attacking with that hand, uses fuuton chakra to pop the weapon forwards. This by itself will barely cause any damage, but by catching the weapon, the user can gain a quick surprising sting to add to their attack.
D Rank - Fuuton: [Wind Release: Spiraling Wind Ball ]
This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent.
D Rank - Fuuton: Kamaitachi no Jutsu [Wind Release: Sickle Weasel ]
The user cups his hands and begins to swing them forward causing small gales of wind to fly through the air like blades. The person enveloped by this gale is assaulted by countless invisible blades, carving up their body.
D Rank - Fuuton: Renkūdan [Wind Release: Drilling Air Bullet ]
The user will first take a deep breath, and then pound its stomach to apply external pressure, the power of which it uses to shoot a highly compressed air ball from its mouth.
D Rank - Fuuton: [Wind Release: Wind Release Stream ]
By blowing air from their mouth, the user is able to change direction while in mid-air at high speeds, or blow an opponent away from them. It can also be used to blow up a dust cloud, concealing one's location and movements.
D Rank - Fuuton: Fūsajin no Jutsu [Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique]
The user spins at a high speed forcing one foot into the ground and dispersing chakra outwards to generate a gust of wind that layers the surrounding area in a blast of sand. This layer of sand that accumulates on the nearby trees makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes.

C Rank - Fuuton: Bouseki Kaze [Wind Release: Spinning Wind]
Once the user has completed the necessary seals the user would grab the targets arm or leg and push it in a spinning motion. With the help of wind chakra the target will be engulfed in a small tornado-like movement. The user must back away as to not get hit. After the spinning wind stops the target will be dizzy and disoriented leaving them open for attack.
C Rank - Fuuton: Daikamaitachi no Jutsu [Wind Release: Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique])
A Jutsu that, using a Fuuton affinity weapon such as giant fan, creates huge gusts of wind mixed with chakra capable of cutting the target apart. This whirlwind is powerful enough to repel and destroy multiple types of throwing weapons and can even reflect sound waves right back at their original source. This jutsu does not require the use of handseals, but does require an exaggerated swing of the fuuton-tuned weapon
C Rank - Fuuton: Kaze Hashi no Jutsu [Wind Release: Wind Bridge Technique]
This technique was developed as a quicker way to give or retrieve an object at crucial moments in a given range. By focusing on an object and then using ones chakra and performing a few handseals, they will form a small ball of wind around the object in an attempt to lift it. At this point the object can either be gently carried over, or the ball can be dispersed sending the object flying. The stronger ones mastery of wind is, the heavier the object(s) can be taken. Most commonly used for small blades, kunai, shuriken either retrieval, or even a surprise attack. However note that this jutsu can't be used to freely move around a weapon in mid-air. It can only make it return to you, or send it flying in a random direction.
C Rank - Fuuton: Kaze Senbon [Wind Release: Wind Needle]
After performing certain handseals the user will accumulate chakra into their mouth. With enough chakra control the user can spit out senbon-shaped wind projectiles. If it hits the target it will give them decent-sized cuts. The range of the wind senbon is lower than that of a regular one.
C Rank - Fuuton: Sairanto Suteppu [Wind Release: Silent Step]
The user concentrates wind chakra to their feet. With this, every time they step, a slight amount of chakra is let out into the air, causing it to absorb the sound, silencing the person's steps. This is still only from the impact of feet with ground, so if they step on a twig, the cracking could still be heard, or if they step on a board that creaks. However, they could run through a hall way at full speed using this jutsu and not be heard.
C Rank - Raiku Kaze [Like The Wind]
The user sends bursts of fuuton chakra to their feet which explode outward on impact with the ground, giving them an extra push off with each footfall. This gives them increased speed. This technique does not require any handseals.
C Rank - Fuuton: Renkuudan [Wind Release: Drilling Air Projectile]
The user inhales a large amount of air into his chest and then slams his fist into his chest to expel it. To strengthen the attack, the user will imbue chakra into the air. When expelled, it forms concussive spherical projectiles capable of inflicting large damage.
C Rank - Fuuton: Kaze no Tsuuro [Wind Release: Wind Passage]
The user performs a few handseals, and then concentrates create a passage of wind for his projectile. He throws the weapons and the Fuuton chakra is used to manipulate them to move through that passage of wind.
C Rank - Fuuton: Taifuu Kougeki [Wind Release: Typhoon Attack]
The user attacks with wind, generating it by a simple spiral movement or by a fan, causing a small tornado that appears to emit from the user (a horizontal tornado of wind). At a close range, this attack can blow an enemy away spinning.
C Rank - Fuuton: Fuugekitai Kabe [Wind Release: Wind Repel Wall]
The user, being assaulted, will quickly flash through handseals for this jutsu. Once done, the user will hold his last seal and stomp the ground with his dominant foot. Afterward, a wave of wind emanates from the user's body in a spherical shape towards all directions. This wave is capable of repelling a barrage of weapons or knocking back a charging opponent.
C Rank - Fuuton: Fuukobushi [Wind Release: Wind Fists]
A technique that does not require hand seals, the user makes punching motions towards target. Using the wind the target will feel blows of wind hit their body and be pushed back, halted or hindered. This only works at max 10 feet away. This ability doesn't require the use of handseals.
C Rank - Fuuton: Josho [Wind Release: Rise]
The user blasts fuuton chakra straight towards the ground, allowing them to leap amazing distances. They cushion their landing using a second weaker blast.
C Rank - Fuuton: Kaze no Yaiba [Wind Release: Blade of Wind ]
This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind.
C Rank - Fuuton: Daikamaitachi no Jutsu [Wind Release: Great Sickle Weasel ]
This technique is a more powerful version of the Sickle Weasel Technique: many air currents collide to create vacuum pockets that slashes the opponents, with enough power to slice down many trees in a forest.
C Rank - Fuuton: [Wind Release: Powerful Wind Wave ]
After forming the necessary seals, the user simply shoots out a blade of wind from their mouth, and then a second one forming a 'X' shaped wind gust.
C Rank - Fuuton: Daitoppa [Wind Release: Great Breakthrough ]
This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree.
C Rank - Fuuton: [Wind Release: Twister Shot ]
he user seemingly releases a stream of wind infused chakra from their mouth that takes on the form of a twister to attack the enemy.
C Rank - Fuuton: [Wind Release: Wind Release Slash ]
The user waves his hand and creates multiple blades of wind, which combine to form a single, large blade of air.
C Rank - Fuuton: Shinkūha [Wind Release: Vacuum Wave ]
The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion.

B Rank - Fuuton: Chikadoukaze [Wind Release: Subterranean Wind Tunnel]
After performing the necessary hand seals, the user places their hands on the ground creating one or more underground tunnels filled with compressed air. These tunnels act as invisible traps, though each tunnel takes up as much chakra as most jutsu of its rank, so their positioning must be carefully determined. When the user decides it is time - generally when the opponent has stepped atop of a trap - they clap their hands together, causing it to explode, releasing a burst of air with enough force to send the target over a dozen meters into the air.
B Rank - Fuuton: Daitoppa [Wind Release: Grand Blast]
The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area as well as reflect sound based attacks directly back to their source. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.
B Rank - Fuuton: Kaze Ba-suto [Wind Release: Wind Burst]
This technique isn't so much as levitation, as it is granting the user the ability to seemingly jump while still in the air. Concentrating energy into the feet, the user must create small air bubbles which when bursting will push the feet up causing bursts of movement. Of course, other strong winds can cause the user to go in different directions from what was intended.
B Rank - Fuuton: Kyoufuu no Chisou [Wind Release: Wind Layer]
The weapon of the user attracts wind, giving it a wind layer. This layer of wind makes the weapon much sharper, as becomes rapidly evident by the fact that it can even leave cuts on weapons that are labeled indestructible or unbreakable. This technique does not require hand seals.
B Rank - Masatsu no Nai [Frictionless]
After focusing fuuton chakra over a weapon, the user is able to swing them faster, due to the wind on the weapon reducing wind drag from the surrounding environment; essentially removing wind resistance.
B Rank - Fuuton: Meimei Fuuyaiba no Jutsu [Wind Release: Invisible Wind Blade Technique]
This wind technique can only be used with a form of weapon. Touching one hand to the weapon in use, it becomes infused with the power of the wind for a matter of minutes. Upon direct contact there is no difference but with every swing, stab or slice the actual attack range is 1 foot more then that of the weapons made of wind which can cut through stone and some weak metals. This technique does not require hand seals.
B Rank - Fuuton: Tatsumaki Turappu [Wind Release: Tornado Trap]
After performing a set of handseals, the user raises both hands up in the air and calls down a small tornado wind to surround and entrap the opponent(s). The user must always have their hands raised up and must have unfaltering concentration in order to keep the prison working as long as constantly supplying chakra into it. Those trapped in the tornado will be buffeted by strong winds and will find it impossible to escape due to this.
B Rank - Fuuton: Sattou Dangan [Wind Release: Bullet Rush]
The user completes the required handseals. After gathering an orb of chakra to their palm, they point it towards an enemy. The orb will split into 25 smaller arrow like projectiles which dart forwards (at great speed for the rank) in the direction that the palm is pointing in waves of 5 at a time. Their piercing ability is greater than average projectiles.
B Rank - Fuuton: Kamikaze Hashira [Wind Release: God Wind Pillars]
The user's spins around for a short time, once done with his handseals. Mimicking his movements, four pillars of spinning wind will appear around a certain target. This wind can enhance a Katon attack causing a fire storm.
B Rank - Fuuton: Tsume no Oni [Wind Release: Demon Claw]
The user gathers chakra to the tips of his or her fingers and slashes. Four very sharp blades of Fuuton chakra capable of cutting stone are launched forward.
B Rank - Fuuton: Hane no yo Omoi [Light as a Feather]
The user creates a sphere of fuuton chakra around him/herself that assists in lifting the individual enough to reduce their weight by half. This sphere also provides some protection from weapons.
B Rank - Fuuton: Shinkūgyoku [Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere ]
The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage.
B Rank - Fuuton: Kamikaze [Wind Release: Divine Wind ]
The user releases a gust of wind that forms two small tornadoes.
B Rank - Fuuton: Senpū Kyōheki [Wind Release: Whirlwind Pinching Wall ]
The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions.
B Rank - Fuuton: Reppūshō [Wind Release: Gale Palm ]
A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai.
B Rank - Fuuton: Senpūken [Wind Release: Whirlwind Fist ]
The user delivers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind. It shoots forward towards the opponent catching them it spins them around before slamming them into the closest object.
B Rank - Fuuton: Atsugai [Wind Release: Pressure Damage ]
A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, and once the technique hits the target, the resulting blast sweeps everyone off their feet.

A Rank - Fuuton: Ichi Motte Sono Kaze [Wind Release: One With the Wind]
This jutsu allows the user to blend in with the wind. This won't make in entirely invisible, but just a bit blurry. The user will also be able to move at a faster rate than normal.
A Rank - Fuuton: Fuujourui [Wind Release: Wind Fortress]
A technique using chakra to engulf the user’s body in wind, deflecting physical attacks and certain elemental attacks will be bounced as well. The downside of this jutsu is that it uses immense amounts of chakra.
A Rank - Fuuton: Kaze no A-ma- no Jutsu [Wind Release: Wind Armor]
While using this technique, the user's body is coated by a form of wind, and basically uses it to make the body lighter making it capable of faster movements and actions. As a side effect, the body is that much more vulnerable to being blown or forced back from an attack or something with forceful power.
A Rank - Fuuton: Mujuuryou no Kiten [Wind Release: Zero Gravity Point]
A wind technique that allows the user to make a target ‘lose’ their gravity and place them in a zero gravity and zero friction zone, meaning the target loses any normal ability he has to react, such as dodging, countering… etc. This jutsu uses a high concentration of air and wind under a target to counter his weight.
A Rank - Kazeryuu no Jutsu [Wind Dragon Technique]
Through a long series of handseals, the user calls upon a a vortex portal at their side. From that emerges a wind dragon that has a body of a spinning tornado. The dragon is bound at its origin to the portal but can extend out to be long enough for a wide battlefield. The dragon also has the power to blow away most obstacles, or to cut them apart if they are unwilling to be moved.
A Rank - Fuuton: Raputa- no Mureboukou [Wind Release: Raptor Swarm Assault]
The user finishes his very long series of handseals first. Afterward, the user faces his opponent with his palms, and then he blows a wind stream from his mouth, in addition to an enhancement current from his palms. As the Fuuton enhanced flow of wind surrounds the opponent, it turns into multiple light-green raptor birds of wind and then darts through the air slashing the opponent with their sharp wing attacks.
A Rank - Tatsu no Ooshigoto [Wind Release: Dragon's Big Job]
The user will use his weapon to create a mild current of summoning directing the sky, causing the sky to grow dark and stormy. These clouds will create a cutting tornado that will drop down on top of the target. This jutsu does not require the use of handseals, but does require an exaggerated swing of the fuuton-tuned weapon.
A Rank - Fuuton: Tsumuji Otoshi [Wind Release: Whirlwind Drop ]
The user traps the opponent in a tornado and controls it with one hand, the other hand creates a tornado above them and presses it down into the opponent slamming them to the ground.
A Rank - Fuuton: Tatsu no Ōshigoto [Wind Release: Great Task of the Dragon]
The user creates a whirlwind in front of them then sends it after the opponent, the wind forms the face of a dragon as it soars just above the ground, the impact can send the opponent flying back several feet. With enough force to put them through a tree.
A Rank - Fuuton: Shinkū Renpa [Wind Release: Vacuum Serial Waves ]
The user takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced by pouring enough chakra into it.
A Rank - Fuuton: Jūha Reppū Shō [Wind Release: Beast Tearing Gale Palm ]
The user forms two small tornado's within their palms, and then pressurize chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack.
A Rank - Fuuton: Gōkūhō [Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon ]
The user shoots small, powerful and near-invisible blasts of wind from their hands and mouth simultaneously, this force is great enough to take down a large house.

S Rank - Fuuton: Great Storm
The user is able to focus their chakra and kick up a very powerful wind storm. If the user has a natural affinity to lightning, they're able to increase the storm with powerful lightning bolts. If they have a natural affinity for water, they can also do more destructive damage with powerful rain drops from the sky
S Rank - Fuuton: [Wind Release: Blade of Wind Hurricane ]
The user creates three tornado's around himself and the opponent and then begins to twirl around forming a large whirlwind tornado to combine with the others. This draws the enemies into the hurricane, violently slashing them.
S Rank - Fuuton: [Wind Release: Wind Blast ]
The user expels their chakra from around their entire body. This technique creates a vortex of wind to blast at a target. It may be used to deflect smaller jutsu, projectiles and people.
S Rank - Fuuton: [Wind Release: Trinity Attack ]
Creating two whirlwinds around their fist the user uses these similar to 'Whirlwind Fist', and then sends two large blade like slashes from their mouth aiming at the opponent in on quick attack to destroy.

Hiden Rank - Fuuton: Rasenshuriken [Wind Release: Rasenshuriken ]
By manipulating the wind-natured chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, the user is able to create four large points, causing the Rasengan to take on the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken. Coming into contact with anything the Rasenshuriken cuts the opponent multiple times before exploding into a massive pressure sphere of air.
