Alright then, so if you guys can get some preliminary work going on a Guild Home page Pic, that is themed around Halloween. If you guys can get the line art done I can do the editing and coloring, unless of course Rei wishes to do either of those two.

Alright Guys we need to get moving with this, I need to know who wishes to do the line art for the Halloween Guild Pic. (It would be about the size of the large anime style pic on the home page)
I can't do anything until I have the line art to edit and color.

Alright guys for the guild affiliate event we need to find pictures for all of the rooms that are to be in the setting of the guild wide RP.
Sovi has already constructed a floor plan for the manor that this RP will be taking place in and we need to find pictures to help dipict each of these rooms. In the writing department I have already posted pictures for the,
kitchen,
library,
and lounge.
We need to find pictures that can depict the rest of these rooms.
Here is the floor plan that Sovi drew up. So try to find some pics that can depict the rest of these rooms.

Well there is to be a user run event on May 20th to Honor the Guilds of the GGN.
While we may be in the running for the best RP guild, I have volunteered this crew to help in preparing for the event. We have experience in creating and running events so we are to be helping in creating a rather large event.
Right now all that we need to do is to make banners to advertise for the event.
Now most of these banners need to be small, probably only about the size of our main guild banner in the right hand corner, so that they will be easy to put in sigs.
Also on the banners we will need the date of the event (May 20th 2006) and the name of the event (Guild Honors Day) Posted somewhere on it.
If they need to be linked to the empty guild that we are going to be doing this event in then I will take care of it. But we need some banners to get this event going.
If you guys could put together a few for me then that would be great.

For the Halloween Event we need Graphics and a lot of them!
Even if you are not a member of this department any crew member can help out in creating the graphics needed for the Event.
Here is a list of graphics that I need made. Please let me know if any of you would like to aid in creating one of the graphics.
~Graphics Required (Most will be roughly 300X300 pixels in size)
~Halloween OOC Lounge event thread sigil/emblem
~Costume Contest event thread sigil/emblem
~CO Halloween Event main emblem (*450X450 pixels in size)
~Event Invitation design emblem

I can touch up any of the graphics that need such attention so if you want something special added to a graphic that you volunteered to create then PM it to me and I will see what I can do.
~So please let me know if any of you wish to create one of the graphics listed. But in taking on the job of creating a graphic I expect it to be fully completed and sent to me before the event opens.
