Personally I would agree with Redd. An increase on his temp status could be just what he needs. I would also like to point out that for this time being he is unable to get on much due to the fact that he is in Montana. I had voted yes because while he was back at his home where ever that may be, He was exceedingly active. I don`t think he is uninterested or too lazy to vote on council things I believe he may not get a chance to. Yes, he needs to look at the rules for squad 12 inventions but he is temp, he is learning. Letting him have more time and giving him another chance could prove to be exactly what he needs.
Everyone makes mistakes its our nature but learning from them is what counts. He had only been captain for a few short days before being asked to make the first invention for Kage. There is a chance that one, He may not even had known about the rules on inventing and two, he didn't know were to find said rules. Yes, he could have asked for help on how to find them but again, he is new he knew almost no one besides Enshara in Srots. So another chance might be perfect for him.

I am fine with the longer Temp suggestion
Now I'm not saying yes go for it or no i do not want it, im going with the flow so to say, do as the council wishes but what ever it will decide on this matter i will be fine with it.

Youroka Kage I'm going to vote now seeing that I am kinda feeling better, better than when I posted this. My vote is No. Before I get attacked on this matter like I know I am going to. My vote is not based off of his activity, if it was because of that, it would be a yes. My vote is based off of what he has done. I only hold one part of the Creation of the wheelchair against him. That is the fact as Roka and Tystra put it, a low level invention, even so, it should have taken more than 1 post to make. My next thing is that in a resent post in the squad 6 office. He said that he doesn't have a bone fragment from his mask, because of how he was created. That goes against what an Arranacar is in it's self. Now I will admit, I do like what he is doing with Character. I love how is is acting with the Multiple Personalty Disorder. Another thing that I have voiced since the beginning that I don't like is that he barely created anything of his own in squad 12. Normally this is a given, but it seems that I now have to clean squads out after people. (getting Dizzy guys, last paragraph) My last thing I have to say is this. He is not really active in the council voting. Really the only time I really see him vote, is when Enshara is grabbing people off skype to get something passed. In conclusion, My vote is no. I will not be defending myself on this. I do have things I have to do. He's not an arrancar, he's a pseudo-vasto lorde.

Also what is this Pseudo Vasto Lorde i never even heard of one i thought they were just Vasto Lorde.

Basically, it's a transformation without really evolving. It has no bone fragments, it's just human looking with a Hollow hole.
