For those who are unaware, every so often I will send guild announcements through the PM system so everyone gets a good hold of a new update that happens right then and there. Well, it actually costs gold to send those announcements. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to send, but with more member those costs will go up.
Like I mentioned, I send these messages every so often and as I build activity up in the guild, I will send more announcements which will cost gold. The difference between the last announcement I sent and this one was 156 down to 90. Not a bad difference, and nothing to cry over, but let's say I sent 12 messages within 2 months; 1872 down to 1080, that's 792 gold saved. It's not much, but as the guild expands the costs will go up.
If you're going to join, make sure I'm not wasting gold in the process. It's not me being greedy, it's all for the guild anyway. Just so I can keep everything functioning properly. The only things the gold in the Guild Account are used for right now are new subforums (which we're good on), and to actually send those announcements.
