Personally, I prefer the first phase, or rather, the first 20 seconds or so.
The siren-like tune in the background, almost entirely masked by the high-energy, crazed melody, really sets the mood imo.

The song starts looping before it hits two minutes, so I'm not sure what you're talking about. Me? I just like the whole song.
