• Subject's mannerisms: Often withdrawn, she doesn't talk to others much. When she does talk, she speaks her mind, whether it hurts a person's feelings or not. As the say, "the truth hurts." When used to a person, she is more likely to speak to them, but is often serious. She doesn't like fighting, but will if she has to. She's very solitary, but knows that survival is greater in numbers.

She grew up watching over her younger brother because he reminds her so much of her father, and wishes to keep his dream alive, and watch as he becomes a strong ninja along side her. She's always been a few steps ahead of him, but shares various info with him, and seems to have developed a telepathic link with him. Though they can read each other's minds, and speak with each other without speaking a word, this ability doesn't pass to their friends, and seems to be a unique trait of the carriers of the Second Sight.

Description : The user builds chakra around their feet, pouring it into the ground to draw up moisture. The moisture forms in front as a bubble of water. By pouring more chakra into it, it bursts, launching painful needles of water ahead. because of the size of the needles, they can't travel far, and disperse, losing power after a certain distance. best used as a form of shotgun.

Description : Similar to the shadow clone jutsu, this technique produces clones that can fight. However, these clones are made of water, and are more easily distinguishable with certain techniques. Also, when destroyed, they release water, which a skilled water ninja can take advantage of.

Description : The user manipulates chakra into a spear of water. Afterwards, it is solidified by said chakra, and makes a formibable weapon. It can also be thrown to hit a distant target.

Description : A reverse concept of the Water Prison Jutsu, the user surrounds themself with a powerful field of water. Very few solid attacks can penetrate it, but lightning based attacks are effective against it. Can be used without water in the area, though the size will be greatly limited.

Phantom Healing Jutsu

Description : The jutsu gets its name from the fact that it can pass through people. Though the healing effect is limited, minor wounds can be healed, and the palm can eliminate poison, and pull out kunai and arrows from patients, while healing slowly as it is removed. This reduces bleeding caused by the wound being opened, and enables for quicker treatment. Less for healing, more for prepping.

Description : The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, furthering the deadliness.

Description : This is a very unique skill. By harnessing latent vapor in the air and infusing it with chakra, in can give a person the illusion of numbness. It can either be used to distract a nearby enemy, or to keep a patient from feeling pain during surgery or another procedure.

Description : Similar to Rushing Lotus, the user strikes multiple times, at faster speeds. Instead of running, the user uses their weight behind attacks, unleashing stronger attacks. Chakra is poured into each punch in small amounts, making for more powerful strikes, but the combo doesn't last long.

Description : Casts a shield of chakra from the user's hand, similar to a buckler. Protects against both physical attacks and jutsus, but only what it can block. It is only able to block what hits it, and is only somewhat able to reflect streams, like fire style jutsus. When hit with attacks of higher rank, it gradually cracks. When shattered, it is temporarily unusable.

Description : Stronger than the seal, it provides a wider and stronger defense. Chakra consumption slightly increases, but the shield is much more difficult to crack, let alone shatter. The shield can also be used to shield bash a target to knock them back.

Shield Spike

Description : By concentrating chakra into the Guardian Seal/Shield, a spike can protrude from it. It is strong enough to pierce many armor platings, but it's length limits the damage it can deal. Because it is thin, it can't be used for slashing.

Shield Toss

Description : This skill turns the Guardian Seal into a boomerang. By tossing the shield after imbuing it with chakra, the user can control it's path. The path control is limited, but can be used for strong shield bash. The attack is mostly blunt, due to the nature of the shield, but the force can crack bones.

Bloodline

Name: Second Sight

Effects: A variable bloodline trait to the member of the Trevell clan. All members' eyes become a distinctive dark purple hue, but symbols and effects vary on the user.

Lily's Second Sight: A hollow square surrounds the center of the eye, a right triangle appears against each point, the hypotenuse facing away from the point that attaches to the square. One for each level appears, all not filled with color, other than purple.


Stages:

Stage 0 (Dormant stage) - The Second Sight produces a square around the pupil. The user has no control of it at this point, but after a use or two, it becomes controllable. Awakens only in danger, boosting reflex time, jutsu strength, and physical power.

Stage 1 (Awakening stage) - The user can activate the Second Sight at a chakra cost, which also raises chakra recovery. Makes the user more durable, and further enhances jutsu strength.

Stage 2 - Through training, the user can obtain this stage. This Second Sight makes itself unique in this stage, compared to the others. By channeling chakra to the hand, a chakra shield can be produced to protect the user against both physical and elemental attacks. This shield has been named the Guardian Seal. However, at this point, it is small, and can be cracked, and even shattered, with enough force or damage, which temporarily disables it. Requires constant chakra consumption to use, but good for raising survivability. Further improves reflexes, and becomes similar to the sharingan in terms of the users ability to learn jutsus much more easily, but without the ability to see through illusions, which must be learned on the user's own.

(Current Stage)Stage 3 - This stage is attained by killing someone in stage 2. It matters not who is killed, but the best target is one threatening the user. In this stage, not only does the shield become larger, but even more durable. It's size makes it more useful in combat, while durability makes it much more difficult to destroy. Great for defending allies with a form of wall. It doesn't completely cover the front, so the user may have to crouch to block some frontal attacks. Improves reflexes further, while lessening chakra consumption of the Guardian abilities slightly.

Stage 4 - This stage requires a new way to awaken. Instead of killing someone, this stage requires the user to have mercy on someone who truly doesn't deserve it. Only with such a kind heart can the final stage be awakened. In this stage, the shield becomes a barrier. Only a jutsu of equal or greater strength can even damage it. However, it uses more chakra than the others, and shields the user, and anyone nearby in a barrier. Truly a skill worthy of a guardian. Further reduces the Guardian abilties slightly.


Strengths:
-Enhances the user's reflexes.
-Enhanced ninjutsu strength.
-Increases chakra restoration rate.


Weaknesses:
-Decreased taijutsu skill.
-Each stage must be activated seperately, even after unlocked.
-Stages require much greater chakra to trigger at higher stages.

Notes: Like the other Second Sights, they are reverse compatible, and to equip further levels, a chakra cost is made, but chakra recovery increases proportionally to the stage and cost.
