You are in the presence of Her Dorkyness!

So, I'm giving realistic drawings a try. Now I am asking any realistic drawers out there (because I'm too lazy to look it up) do you in in your drawings or just color?

Well, so far I don't use color in realistic art... but it's on my to-do list. mrgreen

If you don't have a deviantart, I suggest you get one. XD Even some of my college art teachers say it's a good idea, because it gets you connected with the artist community, and you can get feedback on your art... 3nodding

Thank you. mrgreen It took a while to draw bold enough. It used to be that my drawings would come out very light... It's a constant work in process. :3

I draw in the traditional style. I can't do any kind of art on my PC. But if I knew, I'd tell you. I'll keep my eyes/ears open and let you know if I ever learn.

I've got a joint account on deviantart. I don't really check many websites that I have accounts on, so I just jumped on a friends. We're doing a web comic together.

Yup, that's my work on Ace. mrgreen I use an adobe program called photoshop. (a very useful program I suggest to work with as much as possible) You work in many layers.

You could do well on Gaia by taking commissions (hint hint).

Start out with shading, and if you feel like a winner use color. I'd suggest B/W first, outline it second and all that jazz.

But what do I know? In my art class my teacher told us to make an exact replica of the photo she would present us and I made a slightly more or less cartoony version of that. :>

I don't do any drawing, but I would appreciate it if you would take a little time to draw me a picture.
