Belly. The whole licking feet thing doesn't sit too well with me personally.

I'd say randomly as I figure it'd tickle more that way, that and I'm not as much a fan of tie-up.
Um, probably asked before but would you rather be tickled on your worst spot slowly and gently or faster and a little harder?

On a bed. It's more comfortable, and a ton of tickle spots would be more exposed!
Would you rather be tied up and tickled by one person in front of a lot of people or tied up and tickled by a few people in private?

I think I would rather tickle someone first then have them get their revenge. Would you rather be tickle in your undergarmet or tickle with nothing on?
