Not sure why this hadn't been answered yet.
General, Pronz, Art, Member, Pairing, Crew, Event, RP, OC, FEF Villain.
Going to throw some out here:
Art → Oliver (since we have one now, o-ho) or otherwise toss-up with whomever we want to have announce awards that doesn't have a specific category
Pairing → Sue, with Rath protecting HIS LITTLE GIRL >:C, or perhaps Lance.
Crew → Tibarn and Vah (or Tib and Amelia? I'unno.)
RP → Jaren and Derrin or Derrin and Blossom
OC → Iris and Adele
General → Cactus/Lance (to start things off strong)

Art - Oliver for sure! He deserves such beauty
Member - I'd put either Joshua or some member here for this
Pairing - Sue and Rath sounds great
Crew - Tibarn and Vah
Event - Cyric since he is a king
RP - Blossom
OC - I still want to stick with Ziaram for this
FEF Villain - Either Feo or Rogvald

Villain: Drake As much as I agree with Vaida about having people who didn't present the previous FEF Awards, I like to point that that Drake already did present the reward with Charolais last year. >>;
