Well. Neil has never seen anyone quite like Henry before, so that would be an immediate reason for him to INVESTIGATE!11!!.
Also, oh man, I didn't realize that Henry was also a fountain of useless information! Neil could learn a ton from him, and would probably be a little desperate to do so, once he concluded that Henry was, in his mind, brilliant. xDD
I dunno! I think they'd be pretty cute and cheery together. Neil doesn't know anything about human society, so he's going to stick out like sore thumb for a while. -taps chin-

Henry knows some about human society, but not about all of it. Like he knows how to express affection and such, but he was never taught that some things can be... Inappropriate |Da
I think they'll get along well. <3 Henry loves Franz.
