This is pretty much a modernized version of Lord of The Flies. One minute everything's normal, kids are in school, parents at work; the next second they're gone. Everyone over the age of 13 just poofed out of thin air in the 20 mile radius around Perdido Beach, California. Around the radius is a barrier that was definitely not there before. It gives a faint glow in the night, but the sky looks as normal as before, other than the fact that it never rains. The kids inside call it the Fayz: Fallout Alley Youth Zone. They are faced with many struggles: Food is scarce, Water is running low, and kids are turning against one another in a panic. Not only that, but some of the kids are starting to mutate and gain powers or change in shape and form. Freaks against the Normals. Bullies against the Rich kids. They try so hard to make a system work, some sort of government, but nothing pleases everyone. Sam Temple is the first mayor of Perdido beach and he hates everything about it. No matter what he does people hate him. He has the help of Astrid the Genius, Quinn his best friend, and many more. They also have to worry about Caine and his group at Coates boarding school. He thirsts for power and with the help of Drake and Diana he will do anything to get it.
